This had to be the most eclectic and neat B&B I have ever stayed at or seen. You will know it when you see the decorations in front and wonder if it’s the right place. The owner was great and fun to meet. The rooms are certainly comfortable and unique! Enjoy it!!! Also if you decide to go down to Kristi’s restaurant a few hundred feet away and they say their portions are large they mean LARGE! I had the prime rib which was certainly good beef and about 42 oz.! And I grew up eating beef we raised ourselves on a ranch in TX, so I know when it is a good beef.

What a beautiful house! The owners, Keith and Gretchen were so welcoming, as was their little dog Dolce. We loved how casual it was, the yummy breakfast (thank you, Keith) and the overall experience. Located in Cornish, Maine, it is walking distance to two restaurants (check out Krista's), and is just a few minutes from Hiram fair grounds. There is also a 9-hole disc golf course in Cornish, also walking distance from the house. It is located in someone's backyard, but was fun! The decks at the house have lots of chairs for relaxing, we really loved the rocking chairs! We totally recommend the Perkins house!

We attended a wedding about 30 minutes north which worked out great for our schedule. We had a lovely conversation with the owners in the morning and they made an amazing breakfast. Their B&B is lovely. The bed was very comfortable and it felt like we were staying with family. We had a wonderful stay. We don't travel to Maine too often, but if we have another special occasion in the area, we'll definitely stay at The Perkins House.

Very comfortable and peaceful. The hosts are super great, friendly and awesome cooks. The home is beautiful and homey. Just a short hop from lots of heat antique and thrift shops.

This place is perfection! The owners are beyond welcoming and so accommodating. The entire place gives off a warm and cozy feeling which makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, it’s nice and quiet but is still walkable to retaurants nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are decorated so beautifully and are very clean. The breakfast was also so delicious and fresh. My boyfriend and I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!
