From when you pull up, to the porch, to the house, to the garden everything is so well taken care of and clean. The owners are welcoming and have everything you need and more to make your stay perfect. I loved how each room had its own character. The coffee and breakfast were truly delicious. Thank you for your hospitality. Enjoy the food Dulce. Will be back again within the year.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. It looked great, but I was afraid to put any of my own things on the dresser because I thought I might overlook them amidst all the other items when it came time to leave. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

The historic setting of the Perkins house was very fun to learn about—it has a unique history and the owners preserved it’s originality. It was decorated to the extreme with antiques and knickknacks which made it feel a bit cluttered and our bedroom was so full of things that there was not much room left to lay out our things. But the breakfast provided was delicious each morning and was very satisfying.

It was a totally amazing spot. All decorated for Halloween. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was superb. We enjoyed visiting with the guests at the breakfast table. We have already booked for another stay in November. Keith and Gretchen, the owners, were very accommodating and delightful!

The location was perfect for us. We like to wander the Cornish area, but it is also very convenient to get to Portland or the mountains in New Hampshire. The owners are very accessible for suggestions or assistance. The breakfast meals were excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. It looked great, but I was afraid to put any of my own things on the dresser because I thought I might overlook them amidst all the other items when it came time to leave. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

It was a totally amazing spot. All decorated for Halloween. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was superb. We enjoyed visiting with the guests at the breakfast table. We have already booked for another stay in November. Keith and Gretchen, the owners, were very accommodating and delightful!

Had a great stay. Gretchen and Keith are very good hosts, good food, Keith can cook am awesome breakfast. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Bonus was the pup!

We attended a wedding about 30 minutes north which worked out great for our schedule. We had a lovely conversation with the owners in the morning and they made an amazing breakfast. Their B&B is lovely. The bed was very comfortable and it felt like we were staying with family. We had a wonderful stay. We don't travel to Maine too often, but if we have another special occasion in the area, we'll definitely stay at The Perkins House.

This place is just amazing. It’s so cozy and welcoming. Gretchen and Keith are wonderful and just the sweetest couple. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure and hang out with Dulce again. Breakfast was to die for. I wish I’d had room to eat it all.
