Nice and easy. Staff very attentive

Very friendly staff nice room

The room was not as clean as before. The phone did not work in the room, nor did the exhaust fan in the bathroom. When I called the first night from my cell phone to advise the front desk, I was told the maintenance crew was not available at night. My fault I assumed they would have someone come out the next day to fix both. WRONG! Fortunately, our stay was only for 2 nights, will not return to this hotel.

It was as always, because I stay there a lot GREAT!

The staff was okay. The beds were beyond uncomfortable with the a/c units being incredibly loud. The bed orientation and sheets made such unbearable way to sleep. The unit being loud and cutting off mid through the night. The breakfast was mediocre with food that was not great. I wouldn’t stay again. There are better options near the Yuma mall.
