I stayed for one night. Customer service from the front desk was great and I liked their themed social event with free popcorn. I'd definitely return to this hotel for more days.

My stay was very short, but during the time we were there, I felt the staff provided rather unfriendly service—not to say they didn't do their job, but it was simply a matter of cordiality and warmth.

Family was in town for Bubble Run. We have stayed at this property before. They have increasingly improved since then. Front desk staff greeted us that we felt so welcome. We received welcome treats. They even had a gift bag for our dog. One of the items was poop bags WITH the dispenser. Now that’s service. We were on the 4th floor that had an ice machine. As someone who is going through hot flashes, that ice machine was awesome sauce. We had the studio room with the sofa bed. I’m not sure if it’s in the description, but the room is essentially two distinct areas with two tvs. If you have a big family or partners that want to watch something g difference having that additional space is godsend. The bathroom was spacious too. The only downside was the toilet being low. I’m used to chair height. So, rub your knees with icy hot and you’re good to go. Now let’s talk about the area. Fantastic. Quite a few eateries nearby. The hotel exit from I95 is 89. The exit with a horde of eateries is 92. However, there is a Dublin, royal farms, and Bo jangles right next door. If you’re crafting then hobby lobby is across the street. There is a dedicated bathroom area for dogs with a trash. Plus there are quite a few green spaces around the property. Breakfast was decent too. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Sadly no one used the pool. It was clean. I’m not in Richmond often unless it’s an event, but the next time I am in town this is where I am staying.
