Het hotel, netheid, ontbijt is niet héél slecht, maar ook niet geweldig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is heerlijk om het hotel uit te lopen en op het plein te zitten, het is heel fijn om lopend naar de opgravingen te gaan. Parkeren is een nachtmerrie! Onduidelijke machines en duur.

Le bon point pour cette hôtel est sa situation et son personnel. Bâtiment pas entretenu, des trous dans les portes cachés avec des autocollants, un plafond dans la cage d'escalier qui s'effondre, fiantes sur le petit balcon......

Not too bad. The rooms need a bit of touching up. Walls were not in the best condition. Definitely a solid choice of stay if you’re not trying to spend a lot of money though. The place is just in need of a renovation a bit but definitely not too bad.

Il personale, un sigmore e una signora, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e solo per tale motivo lo consiglierei . Tuttavia, è vero cbe ho pagato pochissimo , ma la pulizia del bagno era carente, le pareti del bagno erano sporche così come il wc. .Anche nella stanza i muri erano sporchi e scrostati e in generale era parecchio mal messa. Il posto in cui è ubicato l'albergo è perfetto , ben collegato e Pompei è una bella cittadina.

A lovely traditional Italian hotel. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our room and the hotel were immaculately clean. Okay, so there was no wifi reception in the room, but so what? The wifi reception in the public reception area was very good. The hotel is central to everything and a few hundred yards from the ruins of Pompeii. I would definitely stay here again. x

We were a family of five staying in two rooms, and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent – right next to the cathedral and just a short walk to the entrance of the Pompeii archaeological park. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean, both in the rooms and the bathrooms. The small balcony overlooking the square and the cathedral was a lovely spot to sit and take in the view. The rooms are simple and comfortable. They could easily be made a bit cozier with some color or artwork on the walls – just a small suggestion, not a complaint. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pompeii.

Acredito que dessa forma de avaliar fica melhor. * Localização - Ótima * Atendimento - Bom "Acredito que os funcionários querem fazer melhor, porém faltam recursos para isso" * Estado do Hotel - Muitas coisas para melhorar. Ex: paredes sujas, algumas portas com amassados etc.... * Quarto - Cama, Toalhas, Lençóis aparentemente estavam limpos. * Na descrição consta internet no quarto chegamos no local e não estava funcionando apenas nas áreas comuns. * Banheiro - Péssimo, água fria, faltou água na descarga"tivemos que improvisar com um baldinho de lixo para dar descarga. Pouquissimos produtos de higiene, shampoo e sabonete para lavar as mãos. Não há acustico para isolar ruído, e nem regras para silencio noturno. Um verdadeiro show de horror, as pessoas falavam tão alto que dormir era um problema. Aos funcionários agradecemos pelas otimas tentativas de solucionar os problemas. Aos responsáveis pelo hotel mais atenção a esse patrimônio que ja possui mais de 100 anos. O fato de ser antigo deveria ter a obrigação de ser o melhor em tudo, pois experiência vocês tem para isso. Em relação a cidade "MARAVILHOSA".

Great option to stay in Pompei. The hotel is clean, in a centre of Pompeii, the ruins, the train station and the Santuario are walkable. The breakfast is good. The front desk personnel are very kindly, they always helped us with any requirement. The only bad thing is that there is not WiFi in the rooms, just in the lobby.

This place was like a hostel. Beds were very comfortable and view was nice. Bathroom was very small, toilet seat needed to be tightened. Tv did not work. Hotel was basic but a good value for the money. Rooms need to be updated.

We booked this last minute after worrying about not getting back to Sorrento following a concert attending at the amphitheatre, which was just a short walk away — a big plus in the heat. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade, and the manager also offered complimentary breakfasts for both of us, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and overlooked the main square in front of the cathedral, giving us a real sense of place. The air conditioning was very welcome, especially with temperatures hitting the 30s, and we managed a decent night’s sleep. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, bars, and, of course, the Pompeii Ruins. Breakfast was ok, although a toastie grill might help speed things up a bit in the morning rush. The staff were friendly and the coffee hit the spot. For the price we paid, in the location this was, and for the convenience, this was good value 😊

I had a great stay at Hotel Santuario. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, as well as knowledgable about great places to go in Pompei and Napoli. The location was perfect, right in the center of Pompei within walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel honestly ruined our time in Pompeii. Hotel manager was extremely rude and was not willing to work with us when we had an extra person in our party due to an air b&b mixup. We ended up overcharged for a low quality room. They watched us coming and going from our room the entire time we were there, as if expecting us to do something wrong and waiting to make us pay for it. Not worth it!

This hotel honestly ruined our time in Pompeii. Hotel manager was extremely rude and was not willing to work with us when we had an extra person in our party due to an air b&b mixup. We ended up overcharged for a low quality room. They watched us coming and going from our room the entire time we were there, as if expecting us to do something wrong and waiting to make us pay for it. Not worth it!

The staff were friendly and the coffee hit the spot. For the price we paid, in the location this was, and for the convenience, this was good value 😊

Het hotel, netheid, ontbijt is niet héél slecht, maar ook niet geweldig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is heerlijk om het hotel uit te lopen en op het plein te zitten, het is heel fijn om lopend naar de opgravingen te gaan. Parkeren is een nachtmerrie! Onduidelijke machines en duur.

We were a family of five staying in two rooms, and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent – right next to the cathedral and just a short walk to the entrance of the Pompeii archaeological park. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean, both in the rooms and the bathrooms. The small balcony overlooking the square and the cathedral was a lovely spot to sit and take in the view. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Great option to stay in Pompei. The hotel is clean, in a centre of Pompeii, the ruins, the train station and the Santuario are walkable. The breakfast is good. The front desk personnel are very kindly, they always helped us with any requirement. The only bad thing is that there is not WiFi in the rooms, just in the lobby.

My family had a great stay at Hotel Santuario. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us the warmest welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right on the town's main piazza, which had a wonderful atmosphere both during the day and in the evening.

When we arrived, my friend and I were supposed to have a room with two beds. It clearly stated that on the Hotels.com website, but the manager had a single bed matrimonial suite put aside for us. The difference being, we had booked the "junior suite city view", but he had paperwork that said the "junior suite matrimonial". Based on the reactions of the manager, I really do think he knew he was giving us the wrong kind of suite, but maybe it was a problem with hotels.com, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. So we ended up splitting a bed, not a big deal, but it was really a pain in the butt, and the manager accepted no responsibility for this mistake. We didn't really have a choice, so we took it. Also, he was able to get us into the proper room the next day, but we get into the room with two beds, and the air conditioner is leaking water on one of the beds. Really not impressed. Once again, the manager acted as if there's nothing he can do about that kind of thing. Now, with all that other stuff said, the rooms were quite beautiful. The location was really good, and the breakfast there was wonderful. Maybe your experience will be better than mine. I hope so.

Nice old historic building is clean enough, but needs love of the handy helpers kind of work men. Host took good care of me going above and beyond to see to it I was taken care of. He even drove me in his car at 9am one morning giving me tired body a break from long walk to Porta Marina entrance of Pompeii. For a reasonably priced stay in Pompei right in chraming old city center, book Santuario as your sanctuary. Only real complaint is the heavy smoke of wood stoves and deisel engines burnt my lungs a bit harsh leaving me coughing and gasping at times. Everywhere is becoming like that with air quality as the future arrives. Host went above and beyond to see to it I was connected via wifi with phone and laptop. Password needs to be changed to something easier. Cheers all.
