LA LLEGADA Y LAS INSTRUCCIONES BIEN. EL APARTAMENTO PEQUEÑO PARA EL PRECIO QUE TENÍA. NO HAY TOALLAS, NI GEL NI CHAMPU. LAS ZONAS COMUNES ENTRADA, PASILLOS, ETC DESANGELADOS, UN POCO TRISTE, PARA EL PRECIO QUE TIENE ME ESPERABA MÁS...

Not having a reception was less of an issue than anticipated. Parking can be tricky.

The check in was great, staff who called me was friendly, they gave me a call to let me know towels etc aren't included and beds aren't made up and you have to do all of this yourself as this often gets them negative reviews (I do think this is ABIT poor for the price you pay, but I accepted this before paying so that's on me). When we got in the room they'd upgraded me to a balcony room, now this is where things started to go down hill quickly, upon arriving I went into the bathroom, the bath was disgusting it had body hair from god only knows where caked into thick dirt inside the bath, the sink was the same body hair and dirt, it was disgusting and the bathroom smelled horrible, we had to clean the whole bathroom as it was late at night and we needed to use it, the smell didn't go however hard we tried... Once the bathroom was clean we realised it was a pointless exercise as the shower didn't work anyway, the shower head would not fix into it's holder and we was unable to use it which was an issue as my daughter's don't like baths. We was left with not even 1/2 a roll of toilet roll for a 2 night stay which didn't last long obviously... Living area & kitchen unclean, TV didn't work, bedding was all thilfy and in the kids room it smelled like urine and the bedding was ripped with holes in it. No on street parking as mentioned, never available. Who ever was staying above was constantly banging to the point I believe it was been done on purpose. Wouldn't recommend. Avoid.

La chambre était propre, la literie un peu raide. La clim était efficace. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon vue sur le port de Zeebruges. Dommage que le parking soit payant et aussi cher.

L’endroit est magnifique pour les jeunes enfants. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, air co magnifique surtout quand il fait très chaud dehors. Par contre, le le matelas du lit n’est pas très confortable, j’ai eu mal au dos et j’ai mal dormi.
