Let me start with the fast check in was terrible. Asked about transportation from the airport to hotel, never heard back was told via email Marco would contact me, never did. Took a taxi to the hotel and even the taxi driver could not find this hotel. He dumped us in an ally and said it’s here. Doing this whole process via virtual and no front desk is unacceptable. After 3 flight of stairs no elevator we get to our room. It was acceptable however dirty floors and shower had mold on the tile. Did finally get out to visit the town the people were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was awesome and the cappuccino shop was well awesome. And special kudos to the market next to this hotel he was so nice and even helped us with our luggage. He went out of his way and walked us to the shuttle for our cruise. The Market was Maharmahi Mini Market spoke perfect English and was a life saver. Thank you Thank you. Never again will I stay at a virtual hotel !!!
