Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center by IHG

The beds were clean. I’ve stayed there before. The dining room staying open until 11 is wonderful. The staff were very friendly. My complaint would be the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. The place really isn’t as updated as other places, but it is comfortable. The TV remote didn’t work. I did talk to staff. They switched it out with another remote but it still didn’t work. We didn’t go back down again. It was more of a hassle.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel was very nice, staff was amazing (two Stephs are better than one) , ate at the restaurant food was good, room was good. Only issue was the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood LITERALLY.. get new beds .

Breakfast was a normal but plentiful and wonderfully presented. Garnished with the care of the staff

The front desk clerks was awesome but there was a lady named dawn in the restaurant that needed to do better. But other than that it was fantastic i would highy recommend them to any of my family and friends. Done a great job. Also i had to check out before breakfast head to Charlottesville 4 surgery so i really cant say on that but i imagine it was great
