A perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the nicest restaurants and so close to the markets and nightlife. The room was so nice and spacious with lots of storage. The only thing I would like is a full size ironing board. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights in a 4th floor water view apartment on Phillip Island and found it very convenient and comfortable. The bedroom opened on to the balcony with lovely views and sunshine. We had a Queen size bed, large TV, free Internet, reverse cycle aircon and plenty of drawer and cupboard space as well as a large bench/desk area. The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment and was good with a large spa bath and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen/lounge/dining area can be closed off with a sliding door and has its own small oil heater, a good-sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, 2 hotplates and rangehood. Access is via the ground level carpark with security, reserved parking spaces and a quick lift. There is a reception area but we didn’t actually need to go there for anything. We liked the location a lot, it’s tucked away at the end of town and very quiet but close to restaurants and shops and across the road from the water.

Property was on 3rd floor had a lift tho which was great. Room was huge , nearly a full kitchen so you could easily stay a week if u wanted. Bed was pretty comfy , bathroom was massive with a spa bath . Good size fridge . Only real downside was the tv was the size of a computer monitor. For over 300 per night an upgrade to the tv wouldn’t hurt . Overall great location and clean .

The room was quite nice and clean. The loud noise of the machines that were resurfacing the walkway out side the front rooms at 8am in the morning until we left at 10 was unbearable and ruined the whole experience of being away for a night at the island for me.

This is a great property right on the beach. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and very clean and comfortable. The only down side (and it was a minor thing), was that the shower wasn’t great. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend 😊

Room was lovely and clean. Quite spacious and over all very good apart from the main bed mattress being hard and uncomfortable. Shower door opened inwards only and when in the shower you are unable to close the door so had to shower with the door open. It could have been just that 1 room and I would let it stop me from going again if only there for 1 night.

Still non-contact venue due to COVID which makes experience very impersonal. I did not see one staff member the entire trip and requested a later check out via email, however never heard back from them

Upon check in Andrea was rude and unwelcoming. Make sure you read your emails thoroughly as you check yourself in... no need for a receptionist. The room was not like the photos, we were given bunk beds and a double. We booked twin beds, as this was an option. There were no photos of bunk beds when i booked. I called reception to ask if there were any rooms with two double beds as this was the assumption on booking. and was told that was the only configuration. I said the photo's were misleading... i was cut off a number of times and then Andrea proceeded to tell me... the customer being right hasn't been a thing since the 1980's. At that point i realized there was no point asking questions as Andrea did not seem to give two hoots. Please note if you book this online it is non refundable and the beds are beyond uncomfortable... I'd say they'd been picked up on hard rubbish day as the springs dig into your back. Probably the only positive feedback i can give is that the location was great.

Beautiful room looking out onto the beach. The floor in the bathroom is very very slippery, and the Jets in the spa needed a run as grit came out of them. But everything else was perfect. Very conveniently situated.

Beautiful location just slightly away from the main strip in Cowes but easy walk. Room was clean and spacious with a nice view out to the port. Underground parking makes you feel safe and secure.

Had an excellent stay here. Very clean, well furnished.Check in was very easy after instructions emailed before hand. Super comfy bed with modern large flatscreen tv. I like the secure parking underneath also. I would gladly enjoy a cool drink from my balcony at The Waves anytime.
