We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and water was cold and seems they had AC on. It's winter and we would have liked for the room to be warm or hot if water was going to be cold. Kids didnt last more than 15 min in water and asked to go back to room instead

The staff was very friendly, it was clean. We got there almost 2 hours early and they let us check in. It was quiet, and i loved the indoor pool

We stayed for 3 nights due to appointments and just hanging out for the weekend. I was never distrubed in the middle of the night. There were no loud noises that woke me up. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a hole in our sheet, but it didn't really bother me. The TV also had a blue tint the whole time. The lady at the front desk told me it was because people had complained about the tvs being to bright, so the put blue filters on them. No problem. We dealt with it and we really didn't watch that much TV. The pool is small, but I saw that in the pictures. I believe my kids were the only kids in the whole hotel, because we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. I saw MAYBE 4 other people in the pool over the 3 days we were there. The shower was really nice and the bathroom was very pretty. Seems updated compared to the rest of the hotel room. The AC made a weird "hissing" sound when the fan turns off. It was weird at first but it didn't bother me. There was defentily enough parking for everyone. Decent sized parking lot. Staff was super friendly the whole time we were there and they were super helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

We have stayed here a couple of times. The breakfast is hit or miss on freshness, but it is a pretty good spread. No issues with the room, but unfortunately our most memorable part of the trip was finding a poop in the pool. I'm not quite sure where judgement falls on that one, but it was a weird and gross experience. The hotel is conveniently next to the highway. No serious issues. We would stay again, but fond memories would require us to scope out the pool a little closer next time.

One of the most dirty rooms I've even been in. There were strands of long blonde/white hairs on my pillow and on the outside of the sheets. Just utterly disgusted. Microwave barely works, sink not draining, 2 half rolls of toilet paper...Made us feel like the room hadn't been clean since the last few people stayed.

Not many amenities, a lot of ants, the ac was dirty and the smell of mold coming out from it was terrible, besides that the whole room smelled really strong like a men perfume, like recently someone else was in there, head board of the bed was dirty, one of the screws of the shower handler was loose and keycards constantly stop working and we had to spend from 5 to 10 mins trying over and over to access to our room.

The ceiling was very thin and transmitted every sound the guests above our room made. We could not go to sleep until they finally went to bed. They weren't being overtly noisy. If the room had proper soundproofing, this wouldn't have been an issue.

The room was okay. The sleeper sofa was worn out and a little dirty. The pillows were flat and tb was too dark. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had tk always visit the front desk.

The hotel is older but has been updated. For the price, it was great. The breakfast was good quality and the attendant very helpful. The room was very basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The seating was in this king sized room was limited to one office like chair….could have used some comfortable seating. Overall, it was good and for the price, couldn’t really complain.

We have stayed at this facility multiple times with no problems. This go around they refused to honor the room that I had rented and paid for through the third party app that I always use. He was trying to tell me that I would have to rent a different room which would be over two times the amount that I originally paid and I would lose what I already paid After going back and forth the guy "called his manager" and gave me my original room that I had paid for. We have never had this problem before. Come to find out they were renovating the floor we normally stay at so instead of just moving rooms they were trying to get money out of me. Won't be back

We waited 15 minutes with others waiting as well, to check in. No staff was anywhere to be found. We had to walk around the hotel knocking on staff doors and yelling hello. Even tried calling the hotel from the lobby and ringing the bell on the desk.

The rooms were amazing in every way from the linens, pillows, tv; really just everything! The entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The General Manager Steve went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special and every need was met.

I’ve never been bothered by staff so much. I got there, employees KID Interrupts my checking in. One later guests where trying to get into my room. They gave them the SAME room I checked into. Then while I’m at dinner I get a call saying my car declined. Uhm no it didn’t I was charged. So I leave dinner to show them I’ve been charged. As I’m leaving today I get a call saying the same thing.. I WAS CHARGED. Again already showed them proof night of check in.

They are remodeling, but the bed and room was spacious and comfortable. I slept great, and I usually don't the 1st night out on a trip. close to lots of things.

I was disappointed ti wasn't closer to the Oklahoma City Memorial. It was at least 11 miles and requited freeway driving. We booked this due to the name, we thought it was closer.

Hotel was in a good location in North West OKC. Handy for Quail Springs Mall and nearby restaurants. Very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been improved - too many disposables and the waffle maker was messy.

I was very impressed with this motel. The customer service, the cleanliness, the POOL, the breakfast (was actually breakfast) down to the location, was all excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again when in the area!

The good: Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, good toiletries, fairly quiet, no issues with staff at all. The not good: Breakfast. The food was okay, but the person who was supposed to replenish food items, coffee, forks (ran out of forks), was not on top of things. They had bagels and yogurt on day 1 but ran out and didn't restock on day 2 and day 3. Coffee kept running out and someone had to track down the vanishing reloader person. Would have been a better experience if the person was more active in making loops through the breakfast area, paying attention, and restocking quickly.

This is a decent hotel, but I'll start out by saying this is WAY far away from Tinker Air Force Base and I-40 - like 30 minutes away! It's a decent hotel, it's older, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the Indian staff at check-in and check out was very polite. It's an extended stay hotel, so it's not in a great area, and they've got some people staying there that I wouldn't want to share more than one night with. Again if you don't mind the distance from I-40 and Tinker AFB - it's a good deal for the money.

Hotel had some construction going on, so there was regular noise throughout the daytime. Hotel was very clean and good little breakfast. Biggest flaw is minimal parking.

Staff were very friendly and happy to assist us. Breakfast was the normal hotel free breakfast. They have an amazing coffee machine that makes all different kinds of coffee. The pool was clean. Our room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were the only thing I would change. They are pretty firm and not all that comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The lobby and breakfast area is under construction. The rooms were updated and clean. The receptionist was pleasant but the lady in the breakfast area not so much. Breakfast was not as good as expected. The food appears to be cooked in a closet on an electric griddle.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately they were remodeling the down stairs. When we arrived to our room there was no water. No internet service. Could not shower or freshenup or flush the toilet. We had to wait till after 5:00 pm when the building crew went home. Which put us in a rush to have dinner and make our 7:00 appointment. The next day we had to wait for the elevator to be turned on to make get to our room. In 105 degree temperature, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room. The breakfast was absolute crap. No variety of choices and the bare minimum to be considered a "continental breakfast." One type of packaged blue berry muffins, ceral in a catfood dispenser, What was "hot food" was sad, mircowaved hashbrowns squares. It was very unappetizing.

Room was in very good condition, only issue was the toilet float value would not fill, and spoke with manager, he would address the issue. This was discussed with manager at check out.

I have stayed many times , everything has always been great. Doing some remodel now which is a slight inconvenience, but not anything that would stop me from staying here. Always friendly professional staff , clean , & I feel safe being a single traveler!
