The hotel was fine for a cheap one night. The room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet which is nice and it was clean. Very simple room. The hot tub was down and the pool was too cold to swim. We did get moved to a three queen room to accommodate our large family and not have to get two rooms which was very convenient.

Looks like this property is under construction... little noisy, but we understand... people came in after us, but the desk clerk was missing ❓ 3 different peoples left the property for other places to stay ...the dryer door needs to be fixed also...

Stayed two nights to visit Yuba Lake and Maple Canyon. I have stayed in other remodeled Motel 6 locations that were cleaner and in better shape. Hot tub was half full and water was gross so did not bother with the pool. Zero amenities except soap but that is standard for this brand. Staff was friendly. Dont use cash in the soda machine, my $2 soda cost me $5 because I did not get change. Window screen was torn and hanging off. Bedding was soft and it was quiet. There really are cats that hang out at night but we were not bothered by that. Dont think I would book here again. Definitely go see the Box Canyon trail in Maple Canyon. Highlight of the stay.

This hotel is very run down. Room OK, beds comfortable. there was only one electric plug in the room and it was partially behind a cabinet. In this day and age of having electronic equipment to plug in this is not acceptable. Also no ice machine and laundry facilities not working either.

This was a disgusting hotel…… the minimum you expect is CLEAN….. there was mud in the hallway, looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time…… but when we got to our room the bathtub was “fuzzy” with so much hair…… pubic hair everywhere….. I just about vomited!! The clerk offered another room, then someone met me outside the room and said he’d clean it which he did….. at that point I had lost confidence in the room/hotel….. we switched rooms but it was by the front desk and very very noisy……. We were exhausted and will never stay at a Motet 6 again!!

This property is a joke. The hallways have dirt and trash in them. The first room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The second room had been straightened, but the sheets on the bed hadn’t been changed so there were dirt and hair on them when I pulled the cover back. Sink handle is broken. Curtains are broken. Bed feels like it’s 100 years old. Coffee in the lobby in the morning is lukewarm and terrible. Even though the guy told me it’s freshly made. People are smoking cigarettes in some rooms and leaving their doors open a bit, so the smoke is in the hallway. Went down to ask for new sheets, and one of the staff members was vaping in the room where they wash and store the linens. I could go on. This place is terrible.

This is a very old outdated hotel that is dirty and not kept. There were bugs and spiders in my room. The air conditioner was so loud had to have it off in order to sleep. The room smelled and the mattress was absolutely the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I am very disappointed in this hotel.

Room was filthy. There was pee on the toilet seat, dirt on the walls, half a piece of soap in the shower. The curtain did not cover the window because the rod was broken. There was a mop bucket with mop in the hall with dirty water. We did not even dare get in the bed. We drove to Provo to stay with family.

My room had an incredibly noisy air conditioning unit. Also, the water in the shower took quite a while to heat up. The sink faucet was loose and the refrigerator didn’t work. When I left for the day I told someone at the front desk about the fridge and they wrote my room number down but when I returned 8 hours later it still wasn’t repaired. Not that it really matters but it’s August and the lobby still has a Christmas tree up.

Paper thin walls and you can hear alarms and phones ringing in adjoining rooms. Fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and I could hear staff arguing in the hall about how to shut it off. The place was just all around noisey.

I mean, its cheap, right? Thank goodness, cause it wasn't worth much more than what we paid. Noisy as hell. Could hear every word of our neighbors conversations. Guy on other side had dogs barking. Every time someone would run water, it sounded like our shower was running. Loys of slammming and banging of doors throughout the night.

I like the location of this property. It feels safe. Bed had clean sheets, fairly comfortable , bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Floor in the bedroom wasn’t clean. I wiped off with paper towels. It was quiet. Had a good sleep. I stay at this property because it meets the requirements for passing through and allows dogs. We’ll stay again on my way back. It’s cleaner and safer than other motels 6. Have never had a really bad experience. Have stayed here several times.

The front desk person was very helpful! The room was spacious. The room I had faced the Main Street & interstate. I would hear lots of truck traffic. I’m very sure they would have moved me but I was only there for a few hours.

We checked in early morn hours which according to motel 6 advertisment. " They leave the light on for you" which is why I always stay with motel 6 while traveling because they don't make you wait until 3 pm to check in, which motels do. They will let you check in around 5-6 am and you can stay until check out the next day which is the normal checkout date. But this particular motel 6 was trying to make us leave at 5 pm basically saying we could stay 24 hrs and we had to leave before check out at 11 am . We did get it worked out but I don't think we should of even had to deal with that lady telling us she was going to make us leave at 5 pm. Especially because we offered to wait a few more hrs to check but the very nice night clerk seen that we had kids and said she wouldn't make us wait in the cold.

While the building is older, the rooms are in excellent repair and well-maintained. The room was recently painted and the furniture was fairly new and in good condition. The front desk service was very helpful and friendly. There are fast food and family dining nearby, as well as fuel and it's right off I-15 and visible as you get off the exit. The pool and spa are clean and conveniently indoors.

My fiancée and I had gotten there extremely late at night. The night auditor was so friendly and respectful despite the late hour. I was offered an upgrade which I gladly received cause we we're extremely exhausted. We had a small issue with the bath however, the lady was so obliging, benevolent and courtious and being fatigued from our long day we didn't care to bring up the issue.

My fiancée and I had gotten there extremely late at night. The night auditor was so friendly and respectful despite the late hour. Will not stay here again. Upon check in the front desk lady was not professional and couldn’t get us checked in. Another lady came up and tried to help and they were arguing in front of us. The person in front of us came back and said that their room wasn’t cleaned…. The lady was not very professional at all I was embarrassed for them.

While the building is older, the rooms are in excellent repair and well-maintained. The room was recently painted and the furniture was fairly new and in good condition. The front desk service was very helpful and friendly. There are fast food and family dining nearby, as well as fuel and it's right off I-15 and visible as you get off the exit. The pool and spa are clean and conveniently indoors.

Spacious room but lots of noise from the interstate and a train. Has room to park a truck. Food within walking distance or DoorDash. I would stay here again.

I like the location of this property. It feels safe. Bed had clean sheets, fairly comfortable , bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Floor in the bedroom wasn’t clean. I wiped off with paper towels. It was quiet. Had a good sleep. I stay at this property because it meets the requirements for passing through and allows dogs. We’ll stay again on my way back. It’s cleaner and safer than other motels 6. Have never had a really bad experience. Have stayed here several times.

Was lowest cost room in Nephi. Hotel was far enough from interstate to not be noisy. NB off ramp near hotel was closed due to road construction. Room facilities were in poor shape. Plumbing in shower was falling off the wall. Lots of holes and cracks in walls.

Located right off freeway next to restaurants and gas. Lots of noise all night long from other people. You can hear water running from other rooms, cleaning staff was in hallway making a lot of noise early in the morning,could hear phone ringing, not a good place if you need sleep.

Convenient for one night stay as we were driving from NV to SLC. Room was in need of updates/repairs—the tub faucet nearly came out of the wall when we tried to switch on the shower. It was caulked into place but was very loose and could easily be moved around. Overall it was fine for one night.

Room was comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff had been really nice and helpful. Only con was no ice machine and the coffee ran out early.

Stayed two nights to visit Yuba Lake and Maple Canyon. I have stayed in other remodeled Motel 6 locations that were cleaner and in better shape. Hot tub was half full and water was gross so did not bother with the pool. Zero amenities except soap but that is standard for this brand. Staff was friendly. Dont use cash in the soda machine, my $2 soda cost me $5 because I did not get change. Window screen was torn and hanging off. Bedding was soft and it was quiet. There really are cats that hang out at night but we were not bothered by that. Dont think I would book here again. Definitely go see the Box Canyon trail in Maple Canyon. Highlight of the stay.

Nothing I liked Hallways unkept hadn’t been cleaned in days. The swimming poor and hot tub were dirty and murky. No breakfast, maybe some cold coffee if your lucky.

Waffle maker & variety of options in self service breakfast room was excellent. Non working key card pad to Hot tub Spa and or pool area was disappointing, we had no access, despite the front desk staff replacing our key cards for working ones, which didn't work either.

It was run down, and a lot of people living there in the hotel. The pool and spa were under renovation so that wasn’t a big deal. Coffee was cold in the morning and the bath didn’t have a plug which I wish it had just for my baby to have a bath instead of a shower. The hotel smelled like dogs. The staff was lovely and helpful, and we appreciated them so much in making our stay just a little easier.

I have been here twice for softball tournaments. The first time I did not get to stay the night because there was an emergency at my home and I had to leave eight after checking in. The front desk was so helpful in figuring out how to save as much on that emergency as I possibly could, letting me leave equipment in the room for another coach to pick up, and allowing someone else on the team to use the room. The second time I got to stay and it was very quiet which is my main need during softball trips! I like to sleep. My room backed to a hill with some cows, it was nice. It’s a standard room, building is maintained but not fancy or anything, it’s kept pretty clean and didn’t smell, but some others on the team said it was dirty. I guess it depends on how much you travel and what you compare it to. I’ve seen a lot of places in years and years of travel ball, and this was nice to me!

Hôtel très bien pour une halte pas chère à proximité de Salt Lake City. Excellent accueil. Je m’y suis arrêtée plusieurs fois il y a quelques années, et l’entretien s’est dégradé, mériterait quelques rénovations (murs, salle de bain, chariot…), le SPA était hors service, le four microondes non nettoyé, machine à café dans le lobby, mais pas d’eau chaude pour le thé.

When coming to check in- there's a dirty extremly old phone you have to pick up and call a number (as there is no one at the front desk). Then it has a phone AT THE FRONT DESK THAT RINGS SUPER LOUD. The Indian lady was very friendly? But dressed very unprofessional and did not seem to take her job seriously. When parking i noticed on the side of the building there was a pipe that constantly drips, causing mold and algae build up. The door was clearly damaged from the outside, the carpet in the hall way was ripped and bunched up. When trying to dead bolt my door I had to lift the door super hard. Couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet as it did not flush all the way. There were mold spots under the sink. The sink dripped 24/7. I was on the second floor ans the floors were so uneven and weird. The ceiling fan couldn't be turned on because it made an awful cranking and sounded like it was going to take off. There was no TV service. Awful never recommend to stay here again.

There was long black hair all over the bathroom. I’m fairly certain the bed covers haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Ours all had mystery stains. The ac worked ok but would quit in the middle of the night. You’d have to go turn it down again. One of the beds wasn’t stable. If you moved the whole thing shook. Won’t be staying again
