voco Reading

Arrived for my 4th stay and while the room was mostly clean, the bed wasn't made that well and that really stood out. Obviously no big deal but when I had a shower the next morning, I noticed 2 hairs - one on the back of the bath and one on the wall of the shower - which was pretty gross! It really felt like the room didn't have the usual care and attention when it was cleaned, or at least compared to my other stays. This happened at 7.30am and as I was checking out at 8.30am, I planned to report it on my way out, but there was only one person at reception and they were dealing with someone, with another person waiting and I didn't have time to wait. Overall, really disappointing compared to my other stays. I've also contacted the hotel directly to report it.

Great family room

The staff are excellent, they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. This was our 2nd time here, highly recommend.
