No blankets, AC was just a box panel with no remote. Set temperature. Cant adjust anything. Staff wasnt helpful. False advertising of the property. Wotif pictures didnt match the actual room

Fast Wi-Fi, strong air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Lack of basic supplies like tissue Water coming out of faucet continuously and does not stop. Room 74. Bathroom/Shower not as clean. Overall, good stay. I might stay again someday.

The room was ok, no hot water for the shower, it was reasonably clean, no bugs to be seen in the room. No towels changed during the time I was there, they did give me towels n bedsheets when I asked for them. Not a bad location, right across from South Mall. Had to give my id to get a key, which you had to ask for, not given when you check in.

This is a nasty, dirty, unsanitary type hotel, highly recommended to go to the SM across and buy new sheets and blankets.
