Room way out of dated, dirty, parking sucked. Nobody there when we checked in. Shower was nasty. Room smelled. Tiny and too expensive for that price.

Do not stay here. They gave the code to unlock our room door with another guest at 1:00 in the morning and the woman came into our room. Shower curtain came off the wall and sink was stopped up.

Infested with flies! On the ceiling, 5 on the TV, at least 6 in the bathroom. The shower was a joke with the faucet coming off the wall.

We're return customers to Colonial Inn. We had a great stay again. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Location is perfect!! Would recommend this hotel to others!

The kiosk check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel so the shower is a bit small but manageable. Nothing fancy but had everything you need a stay at the beach. The location is perfect! Would stay again.
