Nha Trang Wonderland Hotel

The hotel initially makes a decent impression: the room was clean, the bathroom fully functional, and the bedsheets were clean — which is regrettably not always the standard in Vietnam. However, the shortcomings are significant. The breakfast is poor, and items are not replenished once they run out. Arriving even an hour before breakfast ends may result in finding nothing available. This reflects a very careless attitude toward guests. The checkout experience was unacceptable and completely destroyed the positive impression. We were accused of taking bottled water from the reception fridge and asked to pay for it. The only “evidence” provided was the presence of empty water bottles in our trash bin. Such an unprofessional and accusatory approach is inappropriate for any hotel. Overall, a disappointing experience that cannot be recommended due to poor service standards and utterly unpleasant checkout process.
