Nice and clean hotel, very convenient for an overnight stop between the flights. Shuttle transfer (round trip) is $50 or 45 euros. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Would stay in this hotel next trip as well.

The staff is absolutely wonderful—kind and helpful. The rooms were clean but the condition of the bathroom/shower was dated and slightly damaged. They have everything we needed for our stay (blow dryer, slippers, toiletries, etc.) which as amazing. Unfortunately our air conditioner didn't work. There is a street with some amazing local food nearby! Airport transfer is available for: 30 Euros (one way) and 55 Euros (round trip), which is paid in cash only upon arrival. I think it's a great place for a quick rest between flights.

The hotel is okay but location is quite bad. It's 15 mins to the airport. But there's nothing around and you cannot walk anywhere. Metro goes to the airport but you cannot walk to metro and need to get a taxi. Pay for airport transfer. It's only $20 while the taxi is $15 if you get not ripped by a taxi driver.

Bad experience with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Would not recommend taking that option and much easier and faster to take a taxi or Uber (which I did for the return journey).

The hotel was very average and had turned off the air conditioning but windows could not be opened due to the noise on the street. No free shuttle to airport even though it’s an airport hotel.

You’ll have to get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and still way into the 21st century, they won’t accept card payment. If you get late to the hotel, the staff won’t tell you they don’t accept card payments until you are ready to leave the other day. Hope you’re lucky and have cash on hand. I paid $22 with $30 us$ and got back $8 on Turkish lira. I would avoid the whole experience and stay at a big chain with free shuttle.

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pick up at the airport and drop off at the airport were easily arranged and the timing was perfect.

Decided on this hotel as it looked close to the new Istanbul airport. They did not respond to three inquiries about shuttle transfers. Arrived after making my own arrangements. Be aware that you must pay cash for any transfers. Either Euro or USD accepted. They could use some help in getting to standards expected by some Western travelers. Overall a good experience

The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. The staff were friendly. BUT the airport transfer service they offer is unreliable. Mine was cancelled without notice, then uncancelled, then, after 40 minutes of chaos and several “he’s 5 minutes away”s I finally had to get a taxi (at half the price of the transfer). Not something you need at 5.30am when you have to catch a flight. There are plenty of local taxis available on Uber there.

Small rooms - the deluxe room consisted of h to three separate areas- a sitting room, a bedroom and a bath. The bedroom was just big enough for the bed and just enough room to navigate around it. Would have been better to have the first two combined without a divider. Also - the property advertised a hotel shuttle, which was a contracted service for 30 euros each way - much more than a taxi or Uber. Better to use those than the hotel’s offering.

Room was clean and had a nice balcony. Staff was very pleasant

The photos are either from opening day or photoshopped. Everything is smaller and there are cracks in the fake marble at the reception. The toilets have mold in the showers. The flask marked as body lotion actually contained shampoo. We booked a king bed and got two tiny singles pushed together by the staff in front of us. The minibar, which was the only food alternative available at arrival, was all dirty with what is probably Coca-Cola that was all over the ruffles. The bell boy, trying had for a tip kept grabbing our carry on luggage with our handbags on top when we didn’t want to. It’s fair to say that my kids bedroom on the upper floor was much much better. Which is the one we had booked. But ours, was simply put, a disappointment.

The only things you expect in a airport hotel are being clean and quite. This place lacks both. Outdated rooms, not spotless and there is a lot of noise from outside. All day long cars passing in front of the hotel and planes landing. Poor sound isolation. Difficult to sleep. We did not even bother to check the breakfast. You trust the international brand name but very disappointed.

Very well maintained hotel with remodeled rooms. Very clean, modern, nothing is broken, plumbing is remarkable, and rooms are very spacious. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location close to the airport.

My wife and I had a brief overnight stay at the Trademark Collection hotel during our layover. It’s conveniently located close to the IST airport. The room was super clean and the staff was outstanding with their service.

The bathroom was the biggest issue. The sink was leaking so the entire floor was wet. It smelled like sewer. There is a window in the bathroom that make you visible when showering. The sink was not stable it rocked back and forth. In the bedroom. No sheet just a comforter The phone worked intermittently Opening towards the floor where light was shining through. However, the staff was great. The floor in the shower looked dirty.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Once we set the a/c it did not take long to cool down. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The beds are not very comfortable and very tiny; the same goes for the rooms, which are very small, and it has a restaurant that does not serve alcohol. The area around does not feel safe. Good only for a few hours between flights

Stayed a night in this hotel as transit. Near to IST airport, takes around 350/400 lira max to reach via cab. Rooms are reasonable size for transit purpose but long stay. After entering the room, we felt the temp is high so tried to lower the temp. Did not work. Called the reception but no one picked up. I went down and saw a person there. Asked him why he was not picking up, he pretended like not hearing the ring. Any case, I told him that AC not working. He insisted that it is working. After 10/15 of discussion he mentioned that AC can only heat the room and will not cool it. So basically it is a heater during this time of the year and they will not turn it as cooler. All room will have the same system and it can not be changed. So whole night we kept the door of the balcony open. Next problem: The pillow is exceptionally hard. Again went down and asked for diff pillow - they could not provide any. You will not be able to sleep with that hard pillow at all. Breakfast: We took breakfast buffet and asked to pay 15 Euro. However, when we asked for omelette they said it is extra 4 Euro. Where in the world you have to pay extra to get an omelette in your paid breakfast??? Should have told us before hand. Overall we felt attitude of the stuffs are very rude. We will never visit again this hotel.

Staff are very helpful and polite. The facility itself is outdated and noisy by the street vehicles passing by when my room was on the street side.

The view is not great, rather bleak.

The hotel and our room (family of 3) was cozy and clean. The restaurant had delicious food and amazing service. The check in process was easy and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked transportation to the airport for our early flight, and it seemed there was a bit of an issue. I paid cash the day before and did not get a receipt but assumed front desk put it in my file. Not sure what the issue was but luckily the guy at the front desk managed to get us a fancy ride to the airport and we made it on time for our flight.

The only issue I had was with the Expedia messaging service. The hotel sent me a message regarding transportation to the airport, I replied back via the Expedia messaging service to the hotel with my flight information, and I also spoke to one of the front desk clerks about it. I was suppose to receive a What’s App confirmation message from the hotel, but I never did and I was not allowed to catch the bus cab they had for folks going to the airport because there was no visual confirmation on the next front desk clerk’s end when they checked their messages.

Staff here are just fantastic. 10/10. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a fantastic restaurant down the street. This is an ideal overnight for anyone needing an airport hotel.

Easy airport hotel. Great price, fantastic rooms thet are clean and well maintained. Excellent and very helpful staff. Very good restaurant with excellent food. I will Stay there again without hesitations.

Hotel staff offered superior services.

This was a nice and secure hotel to stay at for the evening. My flight arrived after midnight, but my colleague let the front desk know and they stayed open for me. Luckily I had a driver from the airport, as no shuttle is provided. I felt the room was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Being Platinum, I was also given a room upgrade which was nice. I paid for breakfast and I'm glad I did. It was very delicious and just the right amount for food for me. I would consider staying here again overnight as it's near IST. It's still a bit of a drive, but currently there are no other options closer. I think this hotel was recently renovated. The interior seems new and stylish. I think this is a good choice hotel and excellent value.

Asian Lady at check in was rude. She seemed like I was putting her out by checking in. There was no hot water to take a shower. I let it run, in both directions (thinking maybe hot/cold work different over there) for at least 10 mins. It only got like warm, def not warm enough to shower. AC vent condensed and it dripped on foot of one of the beds and floor. I had to put a towel down because I kept slipping The walls must be paper thin because you could hear everything from outside to in. Other guests slamming doors all hours, cars honking and sirens all hours. I slept better on the 13 hour plane ride to get to Istanbul than I did in this hotel.

Recommended The rooms are fine, excellent value for ~$40, restaurant is nice and the staff are just lovely. The hotel is located pretty much "nowhere." On the other hand, the Airport itself is located "nowhere" out in the sticks so there aren\'t any hotels nearby that are more conveniently located. We would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight layover. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the airport and about 30 minute drive into the city. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and quiet. There isn’t really much in the area though so if you’re looking for a spot that’s walking distance to shops and restaurants, this isn’t going to be the best option. If you need a quiet place to rest though, this is a good spot.

The location is quite far away from the middle of Istanbul (or should I say the airport is far away from the center of Istanbul). I would say this hotel had more of a 3-star vibe than a 4-star vibe. The building and decor are dated. The buffet breakfast didn’t have the usual continental options and everything was placed uncovered so with the odd fly and staff conversations in the food area, it didn’t seem very hygienic. Add to that the fact that some of the guests seemed to think the serving utensils were unnecessary (they used their hands to pick items from the buffet) all of which led to an unpleasant breakfast experience. We stayed at Wyndham hotel in Izmir which was a 5* and excellent. In comparison, this hotel was a real disappointment. On a positive note, the mixed Turkish grill that we had at the restaurant the night before was quite nice.

Surprised a good property.. what it makes even more nicer - is a staff!!! So friendly!!! Cheap dinner (and very delicious).. I strongly recommend it! Few kilometers from airport only , without traffic etc. very cheap on UBER ($11). Review: 2025

It was convenient in terms of location for a one night stay. The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant was also excellent

The restaurant onsite was not good. They have a beautiful menu but they order food from outside and serve in their own dishes. They served cold pizza and kebabs. They do-not have their own kitchen at site. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The room was small and bathroom was too small. The lighting on/off mechanism was way too complicated; had to call the front desk and the guy sent was not even able to figure out. The thermostat control for the AC was non responsive. We picked up this hotel due to close proximity to the airport for one night to catch an early morning flight. There was no shops or restaurants closeby.
