The bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in it. The bed frame was like the cheap ones you get from Walmart and every time with of us moved, it sounded like it was going to either break or give in and cave in us. The restaurant options near by were limited but it was a smaller town. The parking lot was blocked of and we have only 5 spots to park in for all the guests to share. Not ok

The only complaint we have about this property is the ice machine does not work. We stayed here a year ago and the ice machine didn't work then either. We thought they would have fixed it by now. Staff didn't seem concerned about it.

So glad there is 18 wheeler parking. Got in late but the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice place.

The fire alarm went off at 11:45 pm. It was the loudest this I’ve ever heard and scared the crap out of me. It took me hours to get back to sleep after that. In the morning I wanted to get a workout in but the exercise equipment in their fitness center was all broken. I was not happy with my stay there.

Staff were very nice, very quick to help with any issues (not that we had any but we had forgotten forks for a meal and they kindly provided some). Pool area was clean, only complaint there was hot tub jets werent working but otherwise great. Breakfast had great options and ample room to eat. Room was clean and amenities were stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place stunk of mothballs, the shower head was dirty and grimey, the carpet stained your socks, very dirty. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. This should’ve been a $15 per night. Do not have high expectations.

The building was in disrepair. The bathroom counter was broken. The shower knob was not caulked and missing trim. The tub was filled with soap scum and there was mold in the toilet bowl. When we arrived we found used floss of the chair. It was icky.

The chair in the room had a broken arm. The carpet of the entire room was oddly and disturbingly damp. The TV was all messed up; every time we turned it on we had to fiddle with the input on the side of the television and then press buttons until it came on and then just gave up.I guess you get what you pay for because the price was much lower than other hotels we looked at in the vicinity. Also the eggs at breakfast were inedible. I heard many people comment on them.

L'hôtel est de belle qualité avec piscine et petit-déjeuner continental inclus. Les chambres sont tres grandes, propres, avec air conditionné et il y a des restaurants et un supermarché à proximité. Je regrette que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et n'ait pas été réparée pendant les 3 jours malgré mes demandes.

Key to a room already occupied. Give another room right away (one of the 2 keys didn't work). Staff very friendly and gave us another key right away. Spacious, clean room with 2 queen beds, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of car parking and large parking lot for trucks, RVs and campers. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was decent, but not the best. The room seemed clean, but there was things that needed to be fixed. The ceiling was separating in the bathroom and the carpet was tearing up in the entrance of the room. The beds were also just mediocre.They were a bit lumpy. Overall, the room seemed like it was clean. Just needed some work and updating.

Checkin was greeted with zero emotion. Lobby looks very nice and clean. Pool was cold and the pool area had no towels on the towel rack. Room is worn with minimal upkeep Shower head sprays in all directions but towards you. Its not a terrible place to stay by any means but any higher price and they would be crazy. Lots and lots of big truck parking which is a huge plus

The deadlock in my room didn’t lock! Checkout was at 11am and I called in the morning to get the tv fixed and was told by a man that the he would not fix it because I hadn’t called the night before. Guests asked for more towels and were told no!

Upset how the front desk person came up but on her headset talking to somebody while checking me in. She told me I don’t have any reservations. Explained to her I booked through Expedia, showed her my reservation and all. She told me to wait for somebody cause she couldn’t see my reservation anywhere. We had to wait. I don’t know why. Wasn’t helpful at all. I won’t go back or won’t recommend. The hotel is nice and clean but be nicer and kind to your guests.

Absolute first class customer service. Resolved a mix up (my fault with Expedia booking app) without any fuss - really appreciated. The hotel reception and all parts of hotel including bedrooms super clean. Excellent value and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

The customer service was terrible. We had four people staying in our room, they gave us three towels. We skipped housekeeping Saturday morning and asked for more towels, and they said no.

Had to call to get help to check in. Not friendly Morning breakfast was scheduled for 6 am. Didnt even show io till 6: 6:20 to atart to open. I seen 3 other couples also waiting and then just leave. Wouldnt recommend to any of my friends

Good value in a convenient location right off I-94. Nearby fuel and restaurants. The free breakfast was pretty basic and we chose to go out for breakfast both days.

Rooms & property were dirty and not taken care of. We had no toilet paper in our room, and had one pillow on our queen bed. Breakfast looked like they had made enough food for about 2 guests, and the worker just sat at a chair on his phone while there were clearly guests waiting for more breakfast to be brought out.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. This Baymont was very nice compared to the last Baymont I stayed at.nicer, cleaner room and better breakfast selections. I would stay here again

The chair in the room had a broken arm. The carpet of the entire room was oddly and disturbingly damp. The TV was all messed up; every time we turned it on we had to fiddle with the input on the side of the television and then press buttons until it came on and then just gave up.I guess you get what you pay for because the price was much lower than other hotels we looked at in the vicinity. Also the eggs at breakfast were inedible. I heard many people comment on them.

My room seemed damp the whole time I was here. I can’t figure out why. The breakfast area is way too small, people were standing around trying to eat. Breakfast ended at 9 AM even on weekends .They don’t want you to take food and drink out of the room, theres actually a sign that says not to. Also, the worker was in there trying to microwave food to put out. They did have eggs and sausage besides the waffle maker, but only one waffle maker and they should get their worker a microwave for their back room so they’re not trying to do that while the guests are trying to eat.

Had to call to get help to check in. Not friendly Morning breakfast was scheduled for 6 am. Didnt even show io till 6: 6:20 to atart to open. I seen 3 other couples also waiting and then just leave. Wouldnt recommend to any of my friends

Room smelled awful. It was fully carpeted and the carpet was completely damp. Walls were all chipped, broken tiles, stained sink and tub. Towels all stained. Nothing at all around. No food available. $20 pet fee didn’t even get us a water bowl. Shower had good pressure and water temperature.

room wasnt cleaned after the last guest stay. housekeeping just made the bed, didnt change sheets pillow cases or blankets. there was blood, poop, and urine stains on pillows, sheets, and blankets. the complementary soap bottles were all empty, there was toilet paper shoved into exsiting holes in bathroom tile and toilet paper wrapped around phone speaker. when i woke up in moring and found a syringe cap laying next to me i looked and there was a blood stain right under my pillow and thats when i started looking. i told front desk about it and we both went into the room and all the guy could say is ok. then while walking back to front desk he asked if i was going to wait for him to find housekeeping or if i was going to leave. hotel has a no refund policy even if its there fault like this instance. if you accidently click the wrong date on website while booking i can kinda see why they wont refund because technically its your own fault not theres. will never go back and will tell everyone i know never to go there!

The room had a noticeable old cigarette odor along with a musty smell, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. It does appear that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and I hope those improvements will address some of these issues. However, given the price we paid, I do not feel the stay was worth the cost. At this price point, I expected a cleaner, fresher-smelling room and a better overall experience. While I appreciate that renovations appear to be underway, the condition of the room did not match what I would expect for the amount we paid. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and uses the renovations as an opportunity to improve the guest experience.

It was a very nice 4-night stay. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was a little above average, though the same stuff was offered every day. The cleaning staff was extremely nice and polite. Rooms were nice. The only thing that didn't make it a 5 star review was the front desk young lady. She looked mad all the time and wasn't friendly at all. Overall, good place to stay. Highly recommend!
