Right off I45. Easy to get to and great parking. Clean room. No sofa and no facial tissues. Spent 4 nights there and I had no issues with water pressure in the shower, sink etc. Everything was very clean. I'll stay here again.

The room we stayed in was not very clean. There looked like there had been water damage and when we got into our room it smelt musky/moldy. The room was also wet, there was a layer of dampness the entire time we were there. When we woke up our clothes would be wet, the sheets and pillows were wet, the floors were wet, everything was wet. I’ve never seen that anywhere I’ve stayed even in really humid places. The pool room area did not have any A/C or fans going so it was really hot in there, and the bathroom next to the pool was also broken. The staff was nice but the motel owner just needs to improve the facility.

Our bathtub didn’t have a stopper. When I requested that they come and put one in no one ever addressed it. I also noticed that the same girl that worked the desk that night before was working the next day. I was a little concerned that they were overworking their staff members. But I will say that our room was very clean. And everyone was super polite. I’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Absolutely horrible! Starting from the FRESH blood on my bed sheets plus filth! Then tried moving us to two rooms that smelled like straight Cat feces! In the end I had to put on gloves(that the desk lady gave me) and put on the clean sheets MYSELF. I understand they allow pets and that is fine but the smell was so foul and disturbing I don’t know how anyone can stay in their rooms.

The first room I was put in, the tv and the phone didn’t work. When I walked back down to the office the front desk girl refused to switch me rooms and said she would send up maintenance (who never showed up). My wife called and raised hell and then they got me a new room. This room…wow…trim was held on by push pins, fuse box was hanging open, toilet handle was broke, like to never got the shower to come on, floor was sticky. There was some terribly loud sound coming from the roof all night that about drowned out the television. No where to sit other than two very uncomfortable hard chairs or the bed. There are so many families living here that a school bus actually shows up to pick up kids.

The toilet needs a new wax ring -it leaks when sitting on toilet then flushing, water seeps around toilet and out onto floor There was a kind of gurgling noise almost the entire time coming from the wall in bathroom area. I believe this to be a venting problem with the plumbing. No easy return to thr Starbucks and QT gas station just 2 lots away - you have to drive a few miles to drive nect door due to the 1-way frontage road. It’s old and smelly like an old smoking room. At 353 per night, or 299 for regular night, it’s way over-priced. I will not be checking into a Motel 6 any longer - It’s more likely ke a Motel Zero However, the room was clem and the ladies at check-in wete very nice.

This place is ok for a cheap night sleep. If you're looking for a super clean super quiet super soft bed to sleep in with a safe feeling parking lot this probably ain't the place for you. If you're ok with staying in a kinda hard bed with clean sheets in a room that looks like it was remodeled by a blind man who is also responsible for sweeping the floors and a toilet that runs all night for a low price this place will do. I probably wouldn't go outside much late at night though. We had drunk neighbors BBQing on the balcony in the middle of the night with charcoal (luckily didn't burn us all down) who then spent the rest of the night locking each other out of the room and banging on the door and screaming at each other until 2:30 am so just know those folks might be here, but maybe you'll get lucky and they won't. All in all it'll work for a night for the price. Tom Bodett is still leaving the light on for you but just know that the bulb is probably burned out.
