Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi

Nice Great, wonderful experience

Possibly the best service at any hotel I've ever stayed at! Can't praise the staff enough, an insane service level from start to finish. They checked us in 4 hours early free of charge, carried our luggage to the room, they had a free drinks bar in the lobby, gave us a complimentary drink upon arrival and when we just checked out a staff member, without us doing anything, asking for it or even having the chance to say no, helped us carry the luggage to the station and down to the platform we had to take the train from, which was like 10 minutes away from the hotel. On top of that the rooms are massive by Japanese standards (and still large compared to most European and American hotels in the same price range), great amenities, and it's located a few hundred meters, not just from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, but also from a major train station that can take you to most tourist sites in the city, but also as a good launching point for daytrips out of the city to Nara, Kobe or even the Shinkansen to Hiroshima. Just a fantastic hotel all around. Can't recommend it enough.

The staff were incredible and very helpful. The rooms were spacious for us, and very clean. We appreciated the amenities as well! If we’re back in Osaka, we will be staying here again.

객실 청결최고였습니다 옷걸이넉넉하고 테이블 쇼파도있어 좋았는데 1층로비 테이블과 음료등 언제나 마시고 사용할수있도록 준비해놓았어요 주변 편의점 또는 지하상가 포장음식 먹을수있습니다 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 다음에도 또 오고싶은 숙소입니다 어디든가기좋고 가깝고 좋았어요~^^
