They let us check in very late and there was lots of parking available for a truck and trailer. Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety.

The check in was excellent, The Room was so so, First thing i noticed was the sofa had old stains all over it which made me feel not comfortable on its cleanliness to sit on. Recommendation would to add covers or sofa sheets to hide this. The bathroom was clean but when looking at the towel rack above the toilet it was very rusty and having your towels sit on that rust makes you feel as if your towels to be used are semi dirty. The small kitchenette sink had really bad residue in the seems, Recommendation the sink could use an updated seal as it looks like black mold lives in that seal. Recommendation to change out the rusty towel rack. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep on. Last thing i forgot to mention that on the wall next to the sofa there was a big booger smear on the wall. Unfortunatley that was missed by cleaning staff. Continental breakfast was good and coffee & juice was available. The breakfast area was clean.

The condition of our room requires attention. The sink is scratched and not hygienic, and there is no plug for shaving. An upgrade to the sink is necessary. The curtains are sunbaked and need replacing, as evidenced by the sun streaming through them in the morning. I appreciate Joy, the night clerk, for calling a guest about a noisy company truck running outside our window for several hours. She was very professional in dealing with the guest with a courtesy call, which resolved the issue immediately. Rachel handled our check-out quickly and promptly. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating if we needed anything.

The room we were in was OK but the bathroom was horrible. The toilet had a terrible lean and the floor was crooked. The towel rack had more rust on it than metal. The shower head sprayed water all over. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with places to eat.

The room is neglected and old. The heating system doesn’t allow setting a temperature or using a thermostat and is very noisy. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and sprays in all directions. The refrigerator was not turn on so my items did not cool until the next day when I realized what was wrong. Also the hairdryer did not work (and was coming out of the wall). The area close by was basically strip malls, quite a hike to het to the beach from there.

nice place, breakfast was poor. No food an hour before the breakfast closed. Several people left in frustration. Other hotel chains have full time people attending breakfast. Not this place.

Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Cold, rubbery eggs, no coffee, week old fruit, very limited healthy options. Maybe it's better at 6 am? The staff were very helpful and lots of parking.

Price was best in town. Older building and some water issues toilet running and shower draining slow. Clean and staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was great. Hot eggs, has browns, ham, sausage, bacon, and lots of cold food also.

I was able to stay here for 10 days in a row due to working in the area. Hotels are expensive in Slave Lake but I was able to stay here for an average cost. The room service was incredible. The front desk staff were quiet and polite. The breakfast was like a 7/10. They had 3 different kinds of cereal, French toast in the fridge you could toast up, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and sliced ham, yogurt, instant oatmeal, fruits, muffins, bagels, bread, fresh coffee and juice.

I was able to stay here for 10 days in a row due to working in the area. Hotels are expensive in Slave Lake but I was able to stay here for an average cost. The room service was incredible. The front desk staff were quiet and polite. The breakfast was like a 7/10. They had 3 different kinds of cereal, French toast in the fridge you could toast up, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and sliced ham, yogurt, instant oatmeal, fruits, muffins, bagels, bread, fresh coffee and juice.

The check in was excellent, The Room was so so, First thing i noticed was the sofa had old stains all over it which made me feel not comfortable on its cleanliness to sit on. Recommendation would to add covers or sofa sheets to hide this. The bathroom was clean but when looking at the towel rack above the toilet it was very rusty and having your towels sit on that rust makes you feel as if your towels to be used are semi dirty. The small kitchenette sink had really bad residue in the seems, Recommendation the sink could use an updated seal as it looks like black mold lives in that seal. Recommendation to change out the rusty towel rack. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep on. Last thing i forgot to mention that on the wall next to the sofa there was a big booger smear on the wall. Unfortunatley that was missed by cleaning staff. Continental breakfast was good and coffee & juice was available. The breakfast area was clean.

They let us check in very late and there was lots of parking available for a truck and trailer. Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it was the only one available at the last minute to accommodate us. The hallways are beautiful and have been redone, but that's where it ends. These rooms are very very old and smelly, and the floor is beyond rank. ManyI hate to leave a bad review, but if you have a family and are looking for anything more than a place to pass out, AVOID. There is a bar of sorts across the way as well and it was just all bad. When you are staying at a hotel and request an extra pillow and are told "we don't have any"...deafening.

Ok overall. I did not like the homeless people hanging around the parking lot. Also, for what they charge I would’ve thought the breakfast would have been better. Also, the TV channel selection was not great.

Not impressed will not stay here again…there was a noticeable hole in the floor that was carpeted over, stains in the carpet that looked like blood, hole in wall that had a bad patch job, fecal matter on toilet seat lid, unclean coffee cups in cupboard, right side of the bed was sagging off the boxspring, strong odor in the room…so we had to have the window fully open to air it out…we should have left right away but our room was not refundable and we were exhausted. Told the desk and the only response we got was they would let housekeeping know. Also blue towels tells me they don’t get sanitized properly after each guest, that in itself is gross. Don’t stay here pay more and stay somewhere else
