The hotel was like a haunted room. Most of the stuff was broken in the room. Eventhough we had a family room, they mentioned that washroom is out of order and we can not have that room. If we do, we need to use another washroom or then need to get 2 separate rooms. The cupboards had broken glass. The lamps were broken. The curtain rods were barely hanging. The cleanliness was also very poor. The washrooms were stinky. We barely spent couple of hours and then had to leave. Also, there was no parking provided by the hotel. Super bad experience

Booked the hotel since my 7 years old kid saw the picture of swimming pool in the advertisement. Went to the hotel to see no swimming pool. When asked, the staff said "I dont know where it is, it is not in this hotel". The picture is extremely misleading and I am super dis-satisfied. There were also many broken things, including the bathroom door, TV was not working and the TV remove was in bad shape. Overall a bad experience.

Room was not to standard, holes in the bathroom door, inside and out, sheets seemed clean but there was some hair on the pillow already. No aircon and very poor ventilation, had to sleep with the window open all night. Bathroom had broken shelves and shower and toilet very close to each other. Breakfast options reasonable for the type of hotel. Would not say it is family friends as noise insulation between the rooms and from outside is very poor and when we stayed the button for the lift on the 4th floor to reception was not working so had to take the stairs with our luggage. Location is ok, close to town centre with shops and restaurants close by.
