Great mountain condo resort. Friendly staff, easy walk to lifts with complimentary ski valet.

Sauna and pool jets were not working. This would be nice to know at time of booking.

Amazing apartment with great amenities from full kitchen to three bathrooms and great view. There really is no pool at this place, it is more like a splash pool but I am sure it will be amazing in the winter but way too small for the size of the complex.

Clean and convenient. Only wish the jacuzzi was hotter.

We had a great time at this property over the 4th of July weekend. It was so convenient, and getting to the base where the fireworks and concert were was just outside our door. Getting into the town of Crested Butte was a 5 minute drive or shuttle bus ride. Not a deal breaker, but the pool on the property was pretty small. Overall, great place!

The location and the unit itself was first in everyway. My only criticism or suggestion involves the hot tub and pool. For such an outstanding, the hot tub leaves much to be desired. The jets did not function and the space was terribly limited. Otherwise, the property is fantastic.

Super easy ski in/ski out lodge. Great valet service for nightly storage of skis and poles. Lots of restaurant, bar, and store options ON site. Just a few minutes from downtown Crested Butte with even more restaurant and shopping options! Will definitely come back!!

Fantastic location, literally just steps from the two main lifts at the base of Crested Butte. Spacious with two large bathrooms and a nice living room with a pull-out sofa bed in front of a gas fireplace. Great views over the Grand Lodge. Excellent common jacuzzi and sauna; tiny pool. Terrific coffee shop right in the building, convenience and liquor store across the street. With that and the shuttle service every 15 minutes to the town of Crested Butte, no need for a car. Highly recommended.

Very nice room at a well-maintained property. Free bus transportation access to downtown was a plus we hadn't expected. Some amenities were closed, which wasn't a huge problem but we weren't told in advance so it was a surprise. Pool is inadequate - small and only 2 lounge chairs for a large property.

Our stay was great! Very clean!

The staff at the hotel is excellant. Very accomodating and friendly. This is an older hotel but it is clean and well maintained. We had a mini suite which was perfect for a one week stay. A lot of the shops and dining in the area were closed for the season as it does every year. Crested Butte is beautiful but to really enjoy all it offers in dining and shopping and other experiences you need to check the seasonal hours as most closes in Oct-Nov. We would have enjoyed the area more if things had been opened. As far as the property though I would definately stay there again.

The condo was well equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. Nice large bathroom and comfortable bed. Overall the property is a little dated but is kept clean. I'd stay here again

Would be nice to have a microwave. I was surprised that i had to pay $30/day for parking, apparently a City of Crested Butte rule, and there was no alternative.

Property was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. We visited in early September so it wasn't very busy. Excellent espresso/coffee on property. Short drive into town for some exceptionally good restaurants (Two Twelve).

Just a great experience. Great staff. Check in and out was a breeze. Costs exactly as reserved. The unit was spotless, spacious, clean, excellent media, well stocked, and with a nice view. For a mountainside location, there are great conveniences with shops, dining, and entertainment all within the complex. We will definitely return.

Clean, comfortable, quiet in a beautiful surroundings

Saw the front desk person and that was the only person we saw that worked there the entire time. The electric chargers were not working and we couldn’t find anybody to tell. Parking is confusing, it doesn’t say you have to pay that day so we waited and weren’t able to go back. Rooms were decent, old furniture that is scratched up. Carpets had stains. Hotel just looked old and not well maintained.

Bathroom had mold and previous customers hair around sink - gross

This place was very nice. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was very nice, Large rooms and plenty room to give everyone the own space. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The actual property was fantastic. It was clean, new, comfortable, and affordable. However, you have a bar/restaurant that plays VERY loud music until 10:00pm and then vacuumed for the next hour. As if this wasn’t bad enough, some fellow-customers hung out under our window with a barking dog and a boisterous group of loud people till late into the evening/early morning. We (myself, my husband, and my three-year-old) go to bed early and were kept awake for most of the evening. It made for a really rough next day.

Beautiful, convenient and nice location. This particular room should have had a microwave and better lighting in the living room area. TV reception was slim.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable but the pillows not so nice. The bathroom was nice and our room was spotless. We had a time trying to find ice machines. I called the front desk before hours and the lodge at the other address did not know the ice machines and vending machines were missing. We finally found some on our own in the main building. The staff I came in contact with were very polite and friendly. Parking is extra so be aware it $30 a day

Additional lighting is needed in the room especially in the bedroom area. There are only 2 small bedside lights. In the evening it is very dark in the room. There should be a lamp by the chair..there is no lamp by the chair and one is unable to sit in the chair and read

They moved me to a different room to accomodate another customer and it was slopeside at bottom of lifts with snow packers running from 2-5 each morning. Low quality old condo - a supposed upgrade and it was worst sleep ever even with ear plugs. I will never stay at a Vail Resorts property again.

Room was decent and clean enough, however there is excessive music noise in the square late into evening from a bar on court level. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it.

Very nice stay in a very nice property. Only negative was check in. Guy checking us in talked so fast we couldn’t understand and got disturbed when we asked questions. Also decaf coffee in the room would be nice.

Had to change rooms mid stay while skiing, interrupting my vacation to move. Bellman is a jerk. Not a newer property for the $$$.

Location is nice right next to free shuttle to town. Room was comfortable although outlets were loose, so if you plug in something to charge make sure it's really charging. Keep your parking receipt because a week after getting home I got $120 ticket saying I had not paid. This was taken care of but wasn't ideal. The biggest problem for me is that the pictures in room I booked had balcony. I messaged the hotel after I made the reservation but before the deadline to cancel to confirm we would in fact have a balcony. They confirmed that we would and had reserved a specific room for us on the 4th floor. When we went to check in the room didn't have a balcony and wasn't the one on 4th floor. The manager said the person messaged with was from hotels.com and not associated with the hotel, and that they never reserve specific rooms or guarantee balconies. They were full. I understand that they can't address anything right then, but we had a 6 night stay and when there were spaces 2-3 night into stay they refused to move us to a room with a balcony even when there were other 2 bedroom units vacant for the rest of our stay (unless we canceled rest of stay and re-booked at 2x the rate). As I found out after our stay chat through hotels.com was with someone at Vail Resorts, and clearly they have connection to the hotel since it isn't like the lodge didn't know about my reservation. The lodge and Vail (who is managing the posting) are just not properly communicating.

The service in the checkin process was the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s a busy place and I was met at the front portico by an attendant who verified I was on the checkin list and who personally helped me get into the parking garage and then to the checkin counter. Then, the person at the front desk was very personable and got me checked in with no issues or delays even though I was checking in early. Finally, the room was perfect.

The young lady that checked me in was outstanding. She was very welcoming and went above and beyond helping me navigate the hotel. Top notch!!! The room is spacious, clean and gives off a good vibe. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Outdoor hot tub topped off the stay. I hope to come back again soon.

The friendly staff quickly took care of a couple of glitches involving our accommodations.

Ski lodge, low staffing and vacate during the shoulder season. Would not stay again during these low seasons. We checked in late and had to go to alternate buildings to get our key and information. Just odd and cumbersome.

Highly recommend. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice rooms and comfy beds.

The check in process was unorganized in that we received our key but no map and had to try to find the right building to get in and then called the front desk to get a map because no one was manning the desk. We eventually found the workout room pool and our room. A bit disappointing. But the property is beautiful and our room very nice.

I really liked that you were right at the base of the mountain so it was like a 5 minute walk to get on the lift.

This is a great property because of many reason. The location is fantastic. You are right at the base of the mountain. The local shuttle runs every 20 mins that takes you into the downtown Crested Butte and is literally 30 second walk from your room. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Amazing lodge that is convenient to the local shuttle. The condo was amazing and spacious for our family to relax when we were not outdoors. It was very quiet and serene. The pool had both an indoor and outdoor section to enjoy. If you enjoy coffee, they have a local coffee shop on site. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location for skiing CB. Personnel friendly, professional and helpful. No resturant on premises , but shuttle service to CB center and close restaurants were easy to access.

The bar was closed and the breakfast shop had very low inventory. Be aware there is a $31 charge per day for parking. Not disclosed until after booking

Hotel was nice and check in employee was very helpful. However the fact that they have no parking available and we had to pay 30 dollars to park with another business was unexpected. Also there is no where to eat after.9 so if you arrive late make sure you eat before you arrive

No dining in the hotel and the Grand Lodge's restaurant was closed on weekends and during the week.
