When I arrived the desk clerk barely spoke to me. Didn't provide any information about anything provided (coffee, wi-fi, etc.) It was clear the hotel need some repairs. My room central AC was broken and instead of repairing it, they installed a window AC unit, it was more than a interim repair as it had been installed a while.....noisy. As I walked the hallway it was clear some rooms were permanently occupied, musty oders turned to cigarette smell, then awful pet odors. The hallway carpet was covered on places with food, discarded towels and bedding, and outside one door lots of pet hair. Yes, inexpensive hotel but was more like a halfway house I've seen. There are better cared for hotels at this price point.

This was zero stars-worst motel ever, and I road trip a lot, so my standards are pretty low. The rooms had broken windows covered with tape, mold, hair, and rat feces. The incredibly combatant manager refused refunds to half of my group who all insisted on leaving. I agreed to pay for one night even though I wouldn’t stay, but I asked them to cancel my second night, which they agreed to do. I have still been charged for two nights in a room I never stayed in.

There was mouse poop on the shelf by the tv. Hair in the bed. Dirt and grime on the floor by the bed. Staff was wry rude.

Arrived around 6pm. First impression was bad, grass wasn't cut, used the bathroom in the main hallway, couldn't wash hands, no water and sink was dirty. Went to check in and no one at desk, had to call a number that was posted. Got our room, went to check it out, light in bathroom did not work. Called desk and they suggested turning it off and on and it should come on. Didn't work. Left the light on and went to get some dinner, 2 hours later and the light still wasn't on. Called the desk again, got the same song and dance about turning off and on. Told them to either fix it or give us another room. Guy came up changed the bulbs and the light worked. Should have done that the first time. This was the worst Motel6 I have ever stayed at. Was definately not worth the money spent to lay my head on a pillow.
