Marcus Whitman Hotel

Didn’t check us into a room correctly so they ended up having us show as a no-show and tried to put someone else in our room

Beautiful property that is well located in downtown. Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and stylish room in the west wing. Fun tasting rooms on the ground floor and they happened to host a free wine tasting by multiple wineries during our stay complete with delicious charcuterie boards! Lovely, thoughtful touches throughout—for example, the vanity kit in the room’s bathrooms is one of the best I’ve ever encountered including a mini nail file (which I often wish I had while traveling but usually forget to pack) and hair elastic.

Very nice atmosphere

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but lacks warmth. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Toasts were burnt and food was ok yet pricey.

One of the best hotels in town. Very friendly and accomodative staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
