New Tokyo Hostel

A única coisa positiva desta hospedagem é a localização, que realmente é boa. De resto, a experiência foi muito ruim. O local é extremamente sujo e mal conservado. As condições são insalubres, com presença constante de muitas baratas pequenas, o que torna a estadia desconfortável e inaceitável. A limpeza claramente não é feita de forma adequada. Itens básicos estavam em péssimo estado: o frigobar estava tão sujo que era impossível de usar, e os lençóis tinham cabelos, demonstrando falta de higiene. Além disso, o prédio é muito antigo e tem um cheiro constante de comida ruim durante a madrugada, provavelmente por conta dos estabelecimentos no térreo. Isso incomoda bastante e prejudica o descanso. Para piorar, na nossa última noite, por volta das 21h, havia barulho de furadeira e pancadas, algo totalmente inadequado para o horário e que tornou impossível descansar. Não recomendo. A localização não compensa a falta de limpeza, o desconforto e o desrespeito com os hóspedes.

Photos sur le site non conformes à la réalité. Chambre beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Lampe cassée, sèche cheveux H.S et en supplément reste d’os de poulet mangé sur le rebord de notre fenêtre. Le seul point positif : l’emplacement !

We booked 3 rooms. Party of 7. The pictures are extremely DECEITFUL. Actual rooms were FAR FROM PIC SHOWN. Gross bathrooms with cracked sinks, nasty showers with black slime in grout. Hallways were VERY STINKY of smelly oily food. You need to smell this stink for at least 15 mins while waiting for the elevator. This building has no service lift so you go up and down with the trash. And there is only 1 lift going to your floor (2 elevators, 1 going to even, and 1 going to idd # floors). Once we had to wait almost 1 hr and 15 mins because the cleaning maid was getting the trash from each floor and loading trash bags in the lift, disallowing anyone to get on. The management BYPASSES the lift requests by residents to PRIORITIZE TRASH. Someone had to call the elevator people to tell them to get us on- this was our FLIGHT day! SECURITY IS A PROBLEM. Anyone can go in/out of this building, got random knocks on doors from strangers at night that creeped us out. They use actual keys so who knows who has copies of these keys! We paid $185 for 3 nights booked 1 mo ahead. Price dropped to $130 days just 2 days to arrival because NO ONE WAS BOOKING!! Dont be deceived - they have different categories for the rooms, some more expensive bec theyre bigger, but when we got there - ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME SIZE, ALL CRAPPY!! This is NOT a hotel. These are units owned by someone and he is milking these units for as much $ as he can while spending ZERO on needed repairs for the rooms.

Very comfortable room, with a private washroom in a wonderful location, that is close to transit and downstairs there are tons of cheap delicious restaurants. For the price i have zero complaints, and I would stay here again. Very friendly staff, and you will never be hungry.

いつも泊まっているホテルが何故だか3倍以上の価格になっており流石に 1泊5万以上は払えないと価格なリーズナブルな初のゲストハウスへ。 受付は16階に所在。寝床は 1フロア下の15階でした。扉を開けるとベットとトイレが。 窓は無く窮屈に感じましたが寝るだけであれば 問題はないと思いました。ただ部屋の鍵が閉まらなかったのが問題でしたがロケーションも良いので価格が高騰している香港での安旅、価格重視の方には良いかと思います。ただ 1階は ターキッシュ人のお店が殆どで女性にはオススメしません。、
