We were arriving after official check in time and it took several phone calls to head office to identify the correct number and half a dozen attempts to call, within their busines hours, before someone answered. but once we got through, everything went very smoothly. Really warm welcome from staff, kind and helpful, I hadn't realised how far it was to walk to the centre of Le Crotoy, especially with little legs, but having good quality and affordable bike hire on site was a great asset. Our room was right on the end opposite the main roundabout so it was a bit noisy with traffic/lorries early mornings, especially with the window open; but it did mean our patio area was very secluded, unlike others which are overlooked. All in all, good value for money and great facilities; I would stay there again.

Très bon accueil, literie impeccable et lieux très propres. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion d’aller à la piscine.

Bien situé, propre et confortable, avec un personnel aimable et accueillant. Séjour pratique et agréable dans l’ensemble. Seul bémol : la piscine était froide.
