The hotel in itself was okay, and the staff was nice. The food on the restaurant was okay. The mosquito net around the bed could not be completely close on the sides. The fan on the bathroom made a lot of noice and it started when we turned on the lights. This was a problem during the night. The door to the hallroom had a mosquitonet on the top, so we could hear everyone on the outside. It costed 2000 KES to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport (20 minutes drive).

the property is very clean and comfortable; the neighborhood is a heavy traffic area but safe; I walked around the property without any problem. It's close to the airport which avoids me traffic jams in downtown on the way to the airport.

It is a very ordinary hotel with no attention to guest requirements. We were pushed into a non-ac room without information and we had to ask for an ac room which was allotted in a very noisy section. Our rest was severely disrupted. We are not happy with the hotel at all. Don't know why the hotel is kept so dark everywhere including the rooms.

I stayed here to be close to the airport but in reality because of how bad the traffic is around here it was easily a 10+ min uber so it wasn’t worth that. It wasn’t in a good area and it wasn’t a great hotel. I guess it’s worth the price, but WiFi was impossible to use and the tv didn’t work and there was only one outlet that was furthest it could be from the bed! Just kind of mid

Great stay! The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

This place is a God send. Close to the airport. Very clean. Staff are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Roof top restaurant has truly great tasting food and huge servings, as well as breakfast which is cooked fresh for you as you like it, served either in the room or the restaurant. It's also very safe. Security in the hotel is very strict. 3 supermarkets within 600 metres. One 24hrs. I'll be back!!! God bless all the staff.
