The facilities and maintenance are in very poor condition. There’s a lot of rust, and stains on the furniture. My bathrobe was extremely worn out. I really think the overall appearance needs a serious upgrade—it just doesn’t match today’s standards. There was also a group of tourists who

Johnny checked us in with a friendly welcome. Our rooms were excellent. Bed very comfortable. We took the option of eating at the restaurant Tocana’s. Don’t miss that opportunity. The food was 5 star!

The hotel is nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was super diverse and great. The pool was nice and we had a good time. I did need the staff’s help in the middle of the night and there was literally no one at the reception and I received no help though I tried going down to the lobby, calling and texting. Nothing.
