The side entrance didn't require a card swipe to enter the building. Anyone could walk in, no security measures. The elevator was broken, but no one offered to help us take luggage to our rooms or was seen even trying to restore the elevator service.

As a 68 yr. old male with bad knees, I was placed on the 3rd floor, which was ok except that the elevator broke down within the first 2 hours. I had to walk up to and down from the 3rd floor to get anywhere, not to mention carrying luggage when I left. Additionally, No break was given for the inconvenience on the room rate.

On arrival our 1st room was full of what seemed to be cigarette smell and smoke. We were moved to another room that smelled faintly like marijuana. Staff came and sprayed with citrus spray. It helped a little. We could not go to the 2nd floor because the elevator was not working and being replaced. The pool was not opened because it needed to be inspected. There is more, I will add it to the next review.

Inexpensive place to stay that was close to an event I was attending. Turning around due to the Jersey wall out front was a pain. I have an expensive truck and the parking lot was sketchy.

Budget room and fair level of cleaning in the room. Breakfast was good as a free option. Amenities in the bathroom were very basic. Environment of the hotel looks more close to a motel and not a 2 star hotel. Parking is dedicated and not adjacent to hotel building. I have seen few irrelevant people doing their stuff in the parking which does not seems safe.

Clean rooms and bathroom extra towels, comy nice queen bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to shopping and stores plus safe area and convienient for every thing you need. Friendly reception fast check in and check out, i do recommend it for business trips with or without family.

We walked into our room after checking in, only to hear crunching of food from previous guests. The brown bench that holds your luggage was full of crumbs as well. Alot of dust in 1st room and room we were moved to. The handle broke on toilet. ( It was very loose before using). If it was properly cleaned it could of been found and repaired through a work order. The toilet also flooded the bathroom.We were moved to another room. Not the cleanest but no crunching on the floor. **Pool was green and closed sign on it. **No Elevators....Out of order. So if you have children and alot of luggage good luck going up and down the flights of steps. Call ahead of time to see if they were fixed . **Alot of weeds and very sketchy parking. **No fresh coffee after breakfast closes. You have access to it but its old, and cold. **Bathroom lights very very dim. If you have sight problems stay away. **We cleaned our a/c filters due to heavybuild up of dust and bathroom counter top of hair. The breakfast staff nice. Bottom Line No elevator, no coffee, no pool, and cleaning lacked! Go somewhere else with your hard earned resources. Dirty rooms and heavy dust build up on ac screens you'll be breathing in!

This place is run down and has seedy atmosphere location. Stayed in room 233. The room smelled. Musty and like the attempt to deodorize was losing the efficacy to the underlining odor in the room. When I arrived there were two hair bands still in the corner of the bathroom complete with the hair of the person that was wearing them. The shower diverter did not work so I couldn't take a shower but had to splash off with water from the tub spigot. Smoker would stand double wide at exit doors and you would be forced to exit into a cloud of smoke. That smoke too just came in the doors and made the halls and entries smell of smoke. Wednesday night I started taking items to my car because of early Thursday night departure and there was a group of teens smoking joints/blunts in parking lot right surrounding about 4 cars (mine too). Loaded some of my items and told the front desk and they took no action. 30 minutes later when I took more items to the car they were still there and the drugs were too.

Check-in was simple, room was clean and fully stocked with essentials including body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, staff was friendly, pool was perfect, and the free breakfast was convenient! I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Horrible stay ... when i checked in the key card didn't work... when I got into the room, the toilet barely flushed. There was a cockroach in the room. The door had to be pushed open hard and slam. Shut There was a security guard in the hallway because of the type of people that were staying there. I had family in there as well. In another room and they got bit by Bugs ended up with horrible skin reactions. The free breakfast was HORRIBLE ... worst stay I've ever had anywhere honestly

Property right on route 1, & quite close. Room facing street noisy from traffic. Room itself (1.5 stars) was clean but spartan. Gave it a 2 overall because staff & breakfast were fine. Price on Orbitz was lower than quoted by hotel

Bed comfortable. Room clean. We were in room 227. The window was stuck open about 4 inches. No screen. The window was off the track stuck in open position. It was about 20 degrees that night. We had the heater on, so it was not a big deal. But when we reported it to the front desk, he just said "ok". He didn't ask what room we were in or show any concern for safety if the patrons staying in the room. Just be aware, if you have children and stay on the second floor, there is a window stuck open.

property is really old unlike you see in the picture. Lights are flickering and needs to be replaced. you have to ensure that doors are locked when you leave because door lock are malfunctioning. Coffee is only available in the morning unlike other comfort inn i have been to that is always available. Lots of parking, descent breakfast, toiletries are more than enough, lots of towels and with premium channels. Person in reception is nice and helpful.

Great value for our stay. Clean, neat rooms- standard amenities within the room, though they are not 5 star accommodations, the room was very nicely kept with just a few minor blemishes. Easy check in and out, free parking, and free breakfast which was more than ample! Friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

This is perfect lodging for the business traveler or visiting family, etc. Very clean, staff is exceedingly gracious and friendly. The morning breakfast selection was surprising, with fresh scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon - waffle station. It is right on the highway so a bit noisy and the property could use some casual outdoor seating around back - the only quiet spot on the property.

Property right on route 1, & quite close. Room facing street noisy from traffic. Room itself (1.5 stars) was clean but spartan. Gave it a 2 overall because staff & breakfast were fine. Price on Orbitz was lower than quoted by hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with lots of food options. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast, with waffle maker.

Very good budget lodging at a reasonable price. Basic but clean facilities although it does have an outdoor pool that I did not have time for. Very conveniently located near PA Turnpike interchange for those needing to travel. Basic chain breakfast but service staff kept the offerings stocked and made an effort to keep the area tidy.

This is perfect lodging for the business traveler or visiting family, etc. Very clean, staff is exceedingly gracious and friendly. The morning breakfast selection was surprising, with fresh scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon - waffle station. It is right on the highway so a bit noisy and the property could use some casual outdoor seating around back - the only quiet spot on the property.

Overall trip was fine. Didn't enjoy room on first floor next to highway but the trip became more comfortable as time went on and location was convenient for dinner, many options nearby. Would stay there again.

Inexpensive place to stay that was close to an event I was attending. Turning around due to the Jersey wall out front was a pain. I have an expensive truck and the parking lot was sketchy.

Clean rooms and bathroom extra towels, comy nice queen bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to shopping and stores plus safe area and convienient for every thing you need. Friendly reception fast check in and check out, i do recommend it for business trips with or without family.

This hotel goes without saying needs some updating. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. When I entered the room it smelled like smoke or mildot or maybe a combination. I have no tolerance for that smell. So i asked the front desk for a different room and I was given a new room without any problem or questions. The breakfast needs to be better if they are offering it as a perk. Very disappointed in the breakfast. This was my first time traveling to Philidelphia and I think I was not in a great area so this might be the norm there. On a positive note the pillows were some of the best i have ever slept on in any hotel.

We walked into our room after checking in, only to hear crunching of food from previous guests. The brown bench that holds your luggage was full of crumbs as well. Alot of dust in 1st room and room we were moved to. The handle broke on toilet. ( It was very loose before using). If it was properly cleaned it could of been found and repaired through a work order. The toilet also flooded the bathroom.We were moved to another room. Not the cleanest but no crunching on the floor. **Pool was green and closed sign on it. **No Elevators....Out of order. So if you have children and alot of luggage good luck going up and down the flights of steps. Call ahead of time to see if they were fixed . **Alot of weeds and very sketchy parking. **No fresh coffee after breakfast closes. You have access to it but its old, and cold. **Bathroom lights very very dim. If you have sight problems stay away. **We cleaned our a/c filters due to heavybuild up of dust and bathroom counter top of hair. The breakfast staff nice. Bottom Line No elevator, no coffee, no pool, and cleaning lacked! Go somewhere else with your hard earned resources. Dirty rooms and heavy dust build up on ac screens you'll be breathing in!

Check-in was simple, room was clean and fully stocked with essentials including body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, staff was friendly, pool was perfect, and the free breakfast was convenient! I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

BREAKFAST IS GREAT!!!! This place is a gem if you can put up with the traffic that's moving in front. The windows do not shield you from the immense noise vehicles going to and from the highway. The rooms are spacious, there are washers/dryers, breakfast is great (reasonable time up to 10:30am on weekend), staff are helpful and friendly. Will stay again soon!

Everyone is so nice and they are always willing to help. They give great service and always have fresh towels and linens. The breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very clean as well.

Horrible stay ... when i checked in the key card didn't work... when I got into the room, the toilet barely flushed. There was a cockroach in the room. The door had to be pushed open hard and slam. Shut There was a security guard in the hallway because of the type of people that were staying there. I had family in there as well. In another room and they got bit by Bugs ended up with horrible skin reactions. The free breakfast was HORRIBLE ... worst stay I've ever had anywhere honestly

My room was not cleaned well. I had a first floor 2 queen room. The headboard was not wiped down, so you can see oil from other people's head and fingerprints. I had to look for something near the bottom of the beds and I saw food from other people. Their card keys are extremely sensitive to other electronics. It even got demagnetized with our car key fob. So every day we had to get the key fixed. While yes, the room was cheap, it still would be nice to not have leftover mess from previous people and our key constantly needing to get fixed. Felt pretty safe in the area though. You can hear freeway noise from your room. But that makes sense with the cost, so just be mindful of that.

The buffet breakfast was on point.. the room was cozy. Only main entrance you can use to enter and exit. We park in the back of the swimming pool and the doors on the side and back are locked no access. They need to make an access quickly
