何度か利用しているのですが、今回5日間滞在、掃除を入れても毎度ハンドタオル無し、大判バスタオルのみとなっており、非常に使いずらかった。シャワー室外の足元マットも交換してくれず汚れたままのこともありました。そのバスタオルも破れの酷いもの、汚れが取りきれてないもの、枕カバーも汚れあり、、と。だいぶ、質が落ちて残念でした。

员工有礼貌入住快速。房间很小但功能齐全，楼下好多饭店便利店。但房间却很安静，问题是酒店的空调系统，即使低风也很吵，早上7点半还有强劲的电机噪音，持续了半小时。就很烦躁

We loved our stay at Hotel Hart!!! The staff furst of all was amazing and very helpful and friendly. That includes the door men when you enter the hotel. Beds are very comfortable and great showers. Thank you for a lovely stay
