Staff were good. The activities put on each day were plentiful and really great. The private room wasn't great, without a window and thin walls. Lovely leafy area of Medellin. The gym was not good, with no cardio equipment.

Very friendly staff especially Ana in the rooftop bar and Christian with his food and cocktail lessons. You’ll have access to all the parties and social connections you’ll need and all the tours you need can be booked right there.
