The hotel is well located right in front of the Guatapé Reservoir. The staff is very friendly and it’s a very walkable location

Excellent location in the center. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and really enjoyed our time there. This room doesn’t have the best views from the balcony but the room is big and all in all we really loved it. We ordered food through room service and it was excellent.

Very good value. Centrally located by a lot of good shopping spots and restaurants. Great view from the balcony overlooking the lakes. Being that there was a big restaurant downstairs directly under us I thought it would be too noisy to sleep, but the music was shut off in the restaurants closed around 9 PM on Sunday and Monday. Maybe it’s different on the weekends. There’s no AC, but they did have two good fans on each side of the room which helped a lot. But it’s a busy street outside and the traffic woke us up. Definitely a good day and probably one of the best options in town.
