Hotel was not maintained well. The faucet had very little running water. The ventilation in the bathroom was making sound like it’s working but it didn’t remove the steam or smell from the bathroom. The pool wasn’t clean and it was cold. I didn’t let my kids go in the pool when k saw that. Also I understand the property is next to the woods but there were so many cockroaches around the pool, both dead and alive. When we arrived to the hotel and the I think there was a heated discussion or fight between staff behind the register. They were yelling and cursing each other.

Older hotel , great staff - clean rooms - no coffee in the rooms , but complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. Steve checked us in and was so friendly

Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The hotel is good, it's dated. A recommendation is to get rid of the jacuzzi tubs and put showers in. Climbing in and out of the jacuzzi to take a shower is crazy plus water gets all over the place. The shower heads leak and spit water all over.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was average The tub faucet did not work properly, and the sink leaked. The TV was a very nice size. Property is dated. The breakfast room is cramped. We took the stairwell and side door several times, and the stairwell itself was dirty, trash left in several places, and the side door would not latch unless you gave it a shove. Overall experience was average, and overpriced by at least $50 a night for what it was.
