This resort gives you nothing but vacation vibes. Rooms are centered around their beautiful pool, offering many lounge chairs for sunbathing. We observed many couples and families enjoy the amenities this resort has to offer. Our room was a self catering unit with a quaint balcony and a view of the ocean. The layout of the space is very functional and the airconditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. Basic amenities were provided, so no need to pack any. The resort felt safe which is always something we look for when traveling to an unknown destination. Various restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. Just make sure to pack comfortable walking shoes and sunscreen as there is so much to see. You can ask the hospitality team for a beach umbrella which they'll happily offer. We were able to keep ours for the duration of our stay and returned it on our last day. We visited the restaurant one night after a night on the town for a nightcap. Live entertainment was provided and the artist was phenomenal. The Aparthotel Nelva Resort is situated literally around the corner from Club Menorca which offers a spectacular view of this stunning Balearic island. Cala'n Porter is one of the best places to stay when visiting Menorca. We are so happy to have found Aparthotel Nelva Resort.

There was lots of great points about this property. The outside area & pool is lovely, and there is a lovely chilled atmosphere… no rushing for sunbeds and being able to use the pool well into the evening is amazing! the food onsite is good and the staff are friendly. It’s also in walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches. However despite all that I wouldn’t recommend or return. The main reason is that there is no staff onsite from midnight til around 8am, resulting in groups of people using the pool area in the very early hours of the morning usually on their return from a night out , bombing in the pool and being very loud. Which isn’t great when you have young children. The hotel is in walking distance of the only club in the area, making it quite popular with groups of young adults. The rooms are quite dingy and are in need of a clean up and makeover and not very comfortable. There is only one air con unit, making the bedrooms quite warm. Anyone can use the pool and locals do, so maybe stay nearby in a nicer, quieter place and come to use the pool?! That’s what I would do next time!

Hôtel avec un accueil très sympathique. Apparemment propre. Piscine très agréable Restaurant rapide (snack bar) au bord de la piscine super bon Juste, la porte d’entrée dans notre appartement qui était un peu vieillotte (les fenêtres aussi) et du coup, problème de bruit surtout la nuit avec le vent, il fallait caler la porte pour ne pas avoir de bruit. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain venant des canalisations.

Très déçus par cet hébergement, nous étions logé au rez de chaussé sur rue, avec des porte fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas à cle! Le logement était sombre, sentait le moisi, la cuisine mal équipée et la salle de bain toute petite avec un manque d’aération accentuant des odeurs de renfermés. De plus le village de cala en porter n’est pas charmant ce qui n’arrange rien… nous sommes parts avant la fin de notre séjour malgré avoir réglé l’intégralité du séjour La qualité n’est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix!

Terrible smell of raw sewage from the bathroom, reported to reception, they didn't do anything about it... Chased them and then they sent a cleaner who squirted some bleach down the drains. Reported this again to the receptionist who offered us some breakfast and refused to move us (possibly fully booked). Was refunded the cost of a meal however after paying nearly £650 for this stay it in no way compensated us for the discomfort of sleeping in an apartment that stank of sewage.

Friendly staff. Cot that I asked for was not ready at check in. No reception staff at check in and we had to wait. We were unlucky with weather so it was really cold but only one AC/Heating in living room, my twins were cold and I got a cold from first day. In order to get warm, we have to open all doors and have heating on in living room. Hot water didn't seem to be on when we arrived so my twins couldn't shower. Floor wasn't very clean so my husband had to clean it. Not soundproof to any extend. Otherwise it's pretty comfortable apartment.

A little bit old of the apartment, but overall is great. The place is clean. Staffs are nice, location is very good. Small Town and nice people, I do love this town very much. You will feel safe and no worry about your property. This is big difference to Barcelona, so many thief there.

Friendly staff. Cot that I asked for was not ready at check in. No reception staff at check in and we had to wait. We were unlucky with weather so it was really cold but only one AC/Heating in living room, my twins were cold and I got a cold from first day. In order to get warm, we have to open all doors and have heating on in living room. Hot water didn't seem to be on when we arrived so my twins couldn't shower. Floor wasn't very clean so my husband had to clean it. Not soundproof to any extend. Otherwise it's pretty comfortable apartment.

There was lots of great points about this property. The outside area & pool is lovely, and there is a lovely chilled atmosphere… no rushing for sunbeds and being able to use the pool well into the evening is amazing! the food onsite is good and the staff are friendly. It’s also in walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches. However despite all that I wouldn’t recommend or return. The main reason is that there is no staff onsite from midnight til around 8am, resulting in groups of people using the pool area in the very early hours of the morning usually on their return from a night out , bombing in the pool and being very loud. Which isn’t great when you have young children. The hotel is in walking distance of the only club in the area, making it quite popular with groups of young adults. The rooms are quite dingy and are in need of a clean up and makeover and not very comfortable. There is only one air con unit, making the bedrooms quite warm. Anyone can use the pool and locals do, so maybe stay nearby in a nicer, quieter place and come to use the pool?! That’s what I would do next time!

Amazing views, amazing property, and kind and friendly staff! I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. With friends or family. Its location is perfect, a short walk to the beach/restaurants/store and an even shorter walk to the famous Cave Rave/Bar. Thank you for making our stay a 10/10 experience!

Terrible smell of raw sewage from the bathroom, reported to reception, they didn't do anything about it... Chased them and then they sent a cleaner who squirted some bleach down the drains. Reported this again to the receptionist who offered us some breakfast and refused to move us (possibly fully booked). Was refunded the cost of a meal however after paying nearly £650 for this stay it in no way compensated us for the discomfort of sleeping in an apartment that stank of sewage.

This resort gives you nothing but vacation vibes. Rooms are centered around their beautiful pool, offering many lounge chairs for sunbathing. We observed many couples and families enjoy the amenities this resort has to offer. Our room was a self catering unit with a quaint balcony and a view of the ocean. The layout of the space is very functional and the airconditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. Basic amenities were provided, so no need to pack any. Très déçus par cet hébergement, nous étions logé au rez de chaussé sur rue, avec des porte fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas à cle! Le logement était sombre, sentait le moisi, la cuisine mal équipée et la salle de bain toute petite avec un manque d’aération accentuant des odeurs de renfermés. Hôtel avec un accueil très sympathique. Apparemment propre. Piscine très agréable Restaurant rapide (snack bar) au bord de la piscine super bon Juste, la porte d’entrée dans notre appartement qui était un peu vieillotte (les fenêtres aussi) et du coup, problème de bruit surtout la nuit avec le vent, il fallait caler la porte pour ne pas avoir de bruit. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain venant des canalisations.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Nelva Resort. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating and welcomed us with a particularly early and late check out alongside delicious, well priced meals and drinks at the bar/restaurant. The location was also fantastic. Still quiet but so central to everything you could want. So greatful to have stayed here and celebrated as a big group of 15, most of which have said they'd come back to the same hotel in a heartbeat!
