Great place to stay to spend time at the blue lagoon and frenchmans cove. Clean , comfy and friendly. Its not luxury but its a perfect little stay to see the local area. My partner and I had dinner and breakfast on the terrace which was lovely. Spray bug if outside - its the only place we travelled to in Jamaica i came away with some bites. Deffo worth a stay!

The place is located in the highland along the coast. It is actually difficult to get there with Google map because the small road that leads to the place is not correctly recorded on google map. We found that Apple Map works much better in this area. The place has a beautiful view of the landscape and convenient access to a swimming pool. Lots of mangos that you can pick. The lady at the reception was super friendly. However, it's not very easy to find a decent restaurant within walking distance. You either have to drive to the town or eat at the guesthouse. It was also difficult to make payment if you book the room on their own website and credit card will be charged an additional fee. It is within walking distance to Frenchman's Cove but it feels dangerous to walk on the roadside as there are some wild drivers and there is no pedestrian lane. The property has a no shoe policy and it feels uncomfortable to walk on the wet floor with bare foot when it's rainy.

Our original room was described as Panoramic with an Ocean View and a Balcony. The ocean view was entirely obscured by the enormous bed headboard, the tiny balcony was on the side and just about offered a view. There were two stools, no seats. Worst of all was the 67 steps to get to and from our room every time. But the staff were friendly and super helpful, getting us moved to a room downstairs in the front building - no steps! Unfortunately this room had a shower in a narrow bath, the bathroom mirror was chipped and some of the tiles stained - all needs upgrading. There were no seats, no in room or free coffee. There was no fridge though buckets of ice were freely available. No bar, but alcohol always available and a fantastic bar in GeeJam hotel next door. Good food in house and a great restaurant in GeeJam. Good pool..

Super séjour de deux nuits ! Lieux paisible, spacieux, belle vue sur la mer et la nature ! Chambre grande, très propre et lit confortable ! Les repas proposés sont très bien cuisinés par des chefs qui viennent à la maison matin/midi et soir. Les repas du soir sont incroyablement bon en particulier le poisson du jour ! Nous pouvons manger où nous souhaitons dans la maison ! Ils nous apportent le repas. L’équipe de la maison d’hôte sont très gentils respectueux, à l’écoute et arrangeant ! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel si vous cherchez un petit endroit sécuritaire, calme et reposant sur la côte nord est ! La surprise : accès à une petite plage gratuite en bas de l’hôtel qui donne sur une petite baie très calme et reposante.

A localização é perto das principais atrações turísticas, porém, longe do comércio. E a hospedagem não é aconselhável para quem procura um hotel, está mais para um hostel. Não se pode andar calçado nas áreas internas, inexiste frigobar e não há arrumação de quarto. Além do barulho provocado pelo hotel que fica em frente. E ainda tivemos problemas com hóspedes que caluniosamente nos acusaram de pegar cervejas na prateleira deles na geladeira coletiva.

Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. I anticipate that he will look to implement a few changes in and around the property to make it more modern for guests. Orherwise, it was peaceful and one will feel engulfed in nature and beautiful scenery as wll as the excellent views of the ocean and river that was close by. The staff on-sight are very warm and willing to assist with your needs. Only take away is that the host shouod allow guests to be able to order meals such as lunch or dinner same day instead of a preorder. The menu is simple enough to be able to take a day- of order. A lovely place to stay and an incredibly friendly team. The views from the the veranda are incredible and so relaxing! My favourite part was the communal kitchen where guests can meet and chat.

Short but sweet!, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay here again. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place for you. If you are looking for homey, attentive and accomodating staff, great breakfast, top tier clean...this is it. We felt safe the entire time and overall pleased with systems and things in place for guests. Best experience from a guest house thus far.

The property was cute but I think it needs to be a bit clearer that the rooms with the amazing views require a LOT of stairs. Not just two or 3 levels but a lot. The place was very clean. The pre-arrival service was exceptional. Giving directions to the place was extremely helpful. The check in upon arrival was also great. I did not like to have to take my shoes off. It felt unnecessary and was a major inconvenience. I didn't know about it until after I booked. Overall, it was fine.

We spent two nights in Portland and this was a great base as it is close to the town of Port Antonio and within 5-10 minutes drive of the beaches and attractions we were interested in. Place is adequate. Bare necessities.

Short but sweet!, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay here again. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place for you. If you are looking for homey, attentive and accomodating staff, great breakfast, top tier clean...this is it. We felt safe the entire time and overall pleased with systems and things in place for guests. Best experience from a guest house thus far.

The property was cute but I think it needs to be a bit clearer that the rooms with the amazing views require a LOT of stairs. Not just two or 3 levels but a lot. The place was very clean. The pre-arrival service was exceptional. Giving directions to the place was extremely helpful. The check in upon arrival was also great. I did not like to have to take my shoes off. It felt unnecessary and was a major inconvenience. I didn't know about it until after I booked. Overall, it was fine.

First time in Jamaica. I had no idea how I find the All Nations Guesthouse. I loved my stay there. It was beautiful, clean and amazing. The staff all of them were beyond great. The property is beautiful. If you looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay well all nations Guesthouse is a win win. Miss you guys.. Big up Jamaica ❤️

When i arrived the srtaff insisted i removed my flip flops i informed them i wear flipflops inside to prevent picking up germs. I was informed that the room i booked could not have 4 people in as all nations had the reservation for 3 people. I immediately asked for the money rerurning and that we would go some where else. The staff member was patronising and stated it was none refundable. We thrn left the accommodation. While i was out the owner of All nations Alex phoned me on my phone and on WhatsApp and was sending messages on WhatsApp for 4.5 hours. Until 1am, i informed him this was harassment and explained i was very disappointed with the reception i had received. Alex insisted i purchase another room for 1 guest which i wasnt prepared to do as there was enough room for 4 people in the room i booked and paid for. The owner made myself and guests felt so uncomfortable that we did not even stay at the accommodation. I would not recommend this accommodation

Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. I anticipate that he will look to implement a few changes in and around the property to make it more modern for guests. Orherwise, it was peaceful and one will feel engulfed in nature and beautiful scenery as wll as the excellent views of the ocean and river that was close by. The staff on-sight are very warm and willing to assist with your needs. Only take away is that the host shouod allow guests to be able to order meals such as lunch or dinner same day instead of a preorder. The menu is simple enough to be able to take a day- of order. Great place to stay to spend time at the blue lagoon and frenchmans cove. Clean , comfy and friendly. Its not luxury but its a perfect little stay to see the local area. My partner and I had dinner and breakfast on the terrace which was lovely. Spray bug if outside - its the only place we travelled to in Jamaica i came away with some bites. Deffo worth a stay!

We spent two nights in Portland and this was a great base as it is close to the town of Port Antonio and within 5-10 minutes drive of the beaches and attractions we were interested in. Place is adequate. Bare necessities.

The stay was good. (With the exception of the tropical storm that ruined some of our plans. All mother nature and nothing to do with the property.) A few things can be updated in and around the property but all in all, it was a good stay. I would probably recommend to a few friends for when they head east. Property location gives easy access to main Portland offerings with a feeling of safety as well.

The place is located in the highland along the coast. It is actually difficult to get there with Google map because the small road that leads to the place is not correctly recorded on google map. We found that Apple Map works much better in this area. The place has a beautiful view of the landscape and convenient access to a swimming pool. Lots of mangos that you can pick. The lady at the reception was super friendly. However, it's not very easy to find a decent restaurant within walking distance. You either have to drive to the town or eat at the guesthouse. It was also difficult to make payment if you book the room on their own website and credit card will be charged an additional fee. It is within walking distance to Frenchman's Cove but it feels dangerous to walk on the roadside as there are some wild drivers and there is no pedestrian lane. The property has a no shoe policy and it feels uncomfortable to walk on the wet floor with bare foot when it's rainy.

Super séjour de deux nuits ! Lieux paisible, spacieux, belle vue sur la mer et la nature ! Chambre grande, très propre et lit confortable ! Les repas proposés sont très bien cuisinés par des chefs qui viennent à la maison matin/midi et soir. Les repas du soir sont incroyablement bon en particulier le poisson du jour ! Nous pouvons manger où nous souhaitons dans la maison ! Ils nous apportent le repas. L’équipe de la maison d’hôte sont très gentils respectueux, à l’écoute et arrangeant ! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel si vous cherchez un petit endroit sécuritaire, calme et reposant sur la côte nord est ! La surprise : accès à une petite plage gratuite en bas de l’hôtel qui donne sur une petite baie très calme et reposante.

We really enjoyed our stay at All Nations Guesthouse. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The views from the property are amazing…seeing the Caribbean over the tops of the trees was special! Having the communal kitchen was very welcoming. We certainly recommend a stay at the property!
