Terra Bella Hotel Boutique

Room was nice and staff were great. The only downside is no elevator but being on the top floor wasn’t too bad. The wind when strong can be annoying with the noise it causes against the door and windows. Breakfast was great as well! The location is great with there being a number of food locations near. I ended up walking to dinner vs driving.

This was our first time visiting El Salvador and we choose this hotel due to the price and location. My husband and I arrived early and was pleasantly greeted by Nellie. We were accommodated with an early check in. Nellie was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Please be advised that the rooms are no frills, but clean. The bathroom was a nice size and a.ple towels, shampoo and soap was provided. There was a fridge, but we had to plug it in via the restroom. The bed was comfortable and ample pillows were provided. The A/C was on point! There was an armoire with shelves and hangers. There was no iron in the room, but was provided by Nellie when I requested one. The grounds/common areas were immaculate. Please be advised that there is no elevator! Breakfast was included with our stay and there are several options. Breakfast begins at 6:30am. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday. There are numerous US chain eateries( Pizza Hut, Wendys, Dennys) within walking distance. There's also some local restaurants as well as a Dollartime store close by. Hint: I would suggest going to Dollar Time and buy your sodas, water, snacks etc as the prices are very reasonable! There are approximately three pharmacies within walking distance. One is open 24 hours! You are approximately 15 minutes away from downtown via Uber. I did observe that there was parking available at the hotel, but there was very limited spaces. We were very happy with our stay!!

BEWARE!!! The staff at this hotel are money hungry and scammers . I booked a room with 3 beds and payed $179 at booking for two nights . Upon arrival I was informed that I booked the room for one person and that it would be $130 dollar more if I wanted to check in .But come on who books 3 beds for one person only? It was clearly a mistake . They could have made the honarablw choice and not rob me. But They are NOT and honest establishment. So I DO NOT recommend this hotel the anmmenties are average at best, food is just ok , nothing special . Shame on you TERRA BELLA HOTEL!

Comfortable rooms and beds, attentive staff, good breakfast and ample parking. Will stay there again
