Thanks for the Veteran parking space, maybe increased to two or three because I met a few Veterans staying at the property. Also, their is a need for handle grips at the tub to make it safe to enter and exit the tub.

1 ice machine for 3 floors that doesnt work. Bathroom door sticks both open and closed. Room stinks like somebody died there. Hot and cold backwards on tub faucet. This used to be a decent place. Not anymore.

The place was clean, BUT it had an odd smell, not a dirty smell, more like a rotten food smell. I sprayed Lysol all over just incase and to block the odor. The TV didn’t work, no channels. The usb ports didn’t work. You get what you pay for I suppose, but my advise is spend a little more and try a different place. This place has so many band aid repairs! I can even list them all. The broken pull out couch laying in the hallway was a nice touch. SMH.

Comfortable bed on the cheap. No ice, no TV, 2 different rooms, same issue. You really do get what you pay for. I can tolerate, wife joining me in town tonite, I got a room elsewhere, good room for solo guy/travelers, not so much for the wife. There’s a reason it’s half the price of others. Cleanliness is ok, just an older, very worn facility.

The bathroom was very dirty. Every crevasse had dirt or mold in it. The carpet was wet and the bed smelled like sweat. The entire hotel smelled like marijuanna. The ice machine had mold in the water pooling area. There were people outside of my room talking and yelling most of the night. The refrigerator in my room made horrible noises the whole time. I was able to check in early to get a nap before my event at 3:30. I got back around 8:00 and went right to sleep, then checked out at 11:00 am. The room was cheap and the girl that checked me in was nice, plus it was only 1 night and only 3 miles from my event, but if all of that wasn’t in play, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The rooms had stained chairs that consisted of waste matter. The rooms stunk because of either the carpet or prior use. I checked in at 3 pm and left at 5 pm after changing into another room that was also disgusting. The receptionist/attendants were amazing but the rooms are filthy. I drove back to my residence and cut my trip short,

Room was not very clean. Was not swept . Saw dirt and hair on bathroom floor. Toilet didnt flush well. Sheets looked like it had some dirt on it unless ut was stained.

Close to shopping and highway. Vacuuming was subpar as items were still on carpet fron previous stays. Seals need to be recaulked.

Rooms are adequate and up to date....tub and shower unit were replaced with one over top so it makes cracking noises during your shower..lol. Bed was comfortable, everything worked except the refrigerator froze everything. AC worked great! Lost electric after a storm but was restored quickly. They only change sheets every three days which is fine...but towels and washclothes every three days??? Thats gross..we are not using a washcloth or towel we cleaned our bottoms with the next day on our faces, ewe. That is all would stay again. If you ask for clean towels and washclothes they happily give them to you!!

Hotel was nice and quiet - just could not figure out how to use remote control for TV to change the channel. It was late and I did not want to bother the front desk so I watched TV on my phone.

We checked in on 7/5/24. Got to our room to get unpacked. Then turned on the tv. Tv would not change the channel. Called front desk and Abby came up to help. She couldn’t get the tv to work so she went to ge the owner, ( sorry, I don’t remember his name). He tried to get the tv working but to no avail. He asked us if we would like to change rooms. So we said ok. He gave us the room across from the previous room. It was a suite room. It was so nice. So after we moved all of our stuff to the new room, the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working. He came in and had it going in no time. He was so nice and the room was the same price as the old room. That was complete customer service right there. So we will be staying there in the future. It was a very enjoyable stay. Stayed 3 nights.

Place was ok for short or Business stay. Need some upgrades on plumbing and bathrooms. Price was excellent. I would suggest The breakfast yogurt and coffee milk should be in a fridge.

Having had bad experiences at other Super8s, I was holding my breath a little when we booked at this one because it was the most convenient for where we wanted to be. But it was very satisfactory. We had a 3rd floor king bed room that had a good mattress, was quite basic in furnishings, but was very clean. The whole hotel was well kept and everything was functional. The desk staff was pleasant. A couple minor issues...our bath tub spigot was bent, but functional. A friend in a 1st floor handicap-accessible room said his room smelled like a cat had had a litterbox accident in there. But overall it was quite good for the price and was in an area that felt quite safe. My expectations were exceeded.

Stayed 2 nights. It was a nice place, very close to the site where we were having an event. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested a ground flood as my husband can't do stairs well. They placed us on the first floor. I wish there was a bit more choices for the breakfast menu.

We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢

1. I was Given Room Key to 218 that was OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER GUEST !!! 2. Television had ONLY 1 Channel & remote would only turn TV off or on! 3. FRONT DESK began to CALL ROOM at 10:30 to advise of 11checkout time 4. FRONT DESK CLERK ~ CAME TO ROOM AT 11:45 to KNOCK ON DOOR REGARDING CHECKOUT TIME👎👎👎👎

Had a late check in and early check out and went smoothly . Staff was very nice and helpful . Room was very clean , smelled nice and bathroom was clean with fresh towels . The continental breakfast was just as you expect but well stocked . I had an issue with Hotels . Com with my booking and manager on site went above and beyond to recto the situation . Great plus was shopping was 5 min away .

Stayed 2 nights. It was a nice place, very close to the site where we were having an event. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested a ground flood as my husband can't do stairs well. They placed us on the first floor. I wish there was a bit more choices for the breakfast menu.

The room was clean. Did not interact with staff beyond check-in. Attendant was behind plexiglass, which makes one wonder about safety but I had no issues. Free breakfast was typical waffles, toast, cereal & bananas. Coffee from dispenser so instant? A couple minute drive to restaurants.

Property is close to US 219, but quiet. Close to shopping and dining options. Rooms are nice and a good value. We stay here frequently when in town and have never had a problem.

I liked that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. I also liked that it was a short drive to restaurants and shopping. One problem I encountered was that after I checked in and went to my assigned room it was not cleaned. The bed was stripped and towels were on the bathroom floor. After going back to the desk I was assigned a different room. Upgraded from queen to king. I would definitely stay there again,

Place was ok for short or Business stay. Need some upgrades on plumbing and bathrooms. Price was excellent. I would suggest The breakfast yogurt and coffee milk should be in a fridge.

Does the job. Bathroom could be cleaner but other wise it was clean enough everywhere else. Breakfast could have had more options but a lot of places don't offer breakfast anymore. Overall satisfied.

The rooms were very basic but also very clean. Breakfast was not much to speak of. There were plenty of restraunts and shopping nearby.

After I made my reservation, I called them the morning I was to come to verify all was good. The man I spoke with informed me no dogs were allowed and if I brought my dog, he would charge me 250.00. Today I found out he charged me 25.00. The web site says pets permitted yet he said NO We will never go back to super 8 anywhere .

Rooms are adequate and up to date....tub and shower unit were replaced with one over top so it makes cracking noises during your shower..lol. Bed was comfortable, everything worked except the refrigerator froze everything. AC worked great! Lost electric after a storm but was restored quickly. They only change sheets every three days which is fine...but towels and washclothes every three days??? Thats gross..we are not using a washcloth or towel we cleaned our bottoms with the next day on our faces, ewe. That is all would stay again. If you ask for clean towels and washclothes they happily give them to you!!
