El unico inconveniente es la escalera, para quienes no estamos acostumbrados a usar,el resto excente y lo mas destacable todo su personal, muy predispuestos a la atencion del pasajero,muy bien felicitaciones para ellos.

Highly recommended -- convenient location, clean, friendly helpful staff. The only area I think could be improved is the massage service. I booked the “Total Relaxation Massage” and the technique felt more like oil application with very minimal pressure, even after I asked for more. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay and hope to try the spa again in the future.

The streets were very dirty. The hotel area is not safe at night, but it was close to the Sunday market and walking distance to many attractions. The decor was minimal the room required maintenance. We were on the third floor with no elevator so 61 steps up. The staff was very accommodating and the coffee was good.

The staff was as friendly as can be with limited facilities. The property has "character", but unfortunately was very dirty and in disrepair. The room we had shook as large trucks barreled down the road. The bathroom was very dirty and the faucet had a constant, noisy drip. Hair in bathroom, stained sheets, dirty room; all things not expected from a 4-star hotel.

The free continental breakfast was so fresh and delicious! It is within walking distance to all of the major sights in the San Telmo neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance to return to Buenos Aires!

This beautifully renovated hotel strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This is a great small hotel in San Telmo that is surrounded by excellent places to eat and shopping. The area was safe to walk around at any hour and the building secure. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I had no issues at all with my stay. Should I return to BA, I will happily stay here again.

This is a great small boutique hotel a couple blocks from the San Telmo Market. The staff was professional and attentive. The whole architecture is interesting. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom can be very slippery. Overall, great spot. We stayed 4 nights.

We had high hopes for this place. Cool name, trendy revitalized neighborhood, and beautiful pictures on the web. What a disappointment. Instead of quirky and vintage it is run down and poorly kept. Cheap mid-century furniture from someone's grandmother's attic with veneer chipping off the corners and edges. One small folding luggage stand. When I tried to move the desk over a little for another suitcase I found out the top wasn't even connected to the base. The very charming old door to the room had holes straight through it to the outside from old locks, knobs, etc. Even locked a good shove with a shoulder could break through. Safe was barely attached to the cheap armoire. The only saving grace is an excellent staff. All were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Especially Lucas. He did everything he could to make our stay better. Thanks Lucas!

Great location surrounded by cafes and the Mercado is close by ( best place to buy empanadas) Staff are very friendly and helpful. Booked us in to a local Tango show on a Saturday night A/C very quiet in the room, ours was on all night

Nice stay in San Telmo. This small hotel is charming and decorated with antiques. Breakfast is nice and staff friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that our room on ground floor had no window, only the large entrance French window door, but we had a seating area in the patio which worked out well. And one night, some people were chatting loudly until 3 am and it echoed in the patio so the management should remind all guests as well as the night staff not to keep it quiet at night as the configuration of the place is echoed potential noise.

The staff was so helpful! We were staying over New Year's Eve and the hotel reached out ahead of time to let us know it was important to reserve a taxi to bring us to the hotel because they were likely to be full. They reserved the taxi and offered suggestions for places to eat and ways to celebrate. Staff was always able to answer any questions when we arrived and allowed us to check in early and store our bags the next day after we checked out and before our flight. Highly recommend!

The streets were very dirty. The hotel area is not safe at night, but it was close to the Sunday market and walking distance to many attractions. The decor was minimal the room required maintenance. We were on the third floor with no elevator so 61 steps up. The staff was very accommodating and the coffee was good.

This is a great small hotel in San Telmo that is surrounded by excellent places to eat and shopping. The area was safe to walk around at any hour and the building secure. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I had no issues at all with my stay. Should I return to BA, I will happily stay here again.

Excellent value. Located just 2 blocks from the San Telmo historic district, with its 1 1/2 mile long Sunday crafts market and a short drive or bus ride to the bohemian arts and music district of Boca.

La experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a transporte y rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares históricos. El desayuno es muy bueno, variado y bien servido. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, es la calidez del personal: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Me sentí muy bien atendida. Sin duda volvería.

Helpful, professional, and charming staff - Melinda answered so many of my questions thoughtfully and patiently. Responsive online to questions ahead of my visit. Set up my ride from the airport. Excellent breakfast, with lots of hot and cold selections. The room was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for San Telmo explorations and close to other places of interest in the area. A "hop on, hop off"-style bus can be picked up at the park down the street and used to travel throughout the city. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again. Note: request a bottom floor room, if unable to take stairs.

This beautifully renovated hotel strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. Hotel maravilhoso, proximo a tudo, mercado ao lado, restaurantes na peoximidade. Quem tiver ceiancas, tem duas pracas com brinquedos a menos de 100 metros. This is a really great hotel stay on a budget. Charming, unique, clean, comfortable, no frills yet had everything we needed. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The free continental breakfast was so fresh and delicious! It is within walking distance to all of the major sights in the San Telmo neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance to return to Buenos Aires!

So good we stayed here twice. We had booked two nights at the start of our trip to Argentina (see previous review), and had no doubt that we wanted to come back here at the end. Simply put, there is comparable place.

Is terrific hotel in a perfect location. First time in Buenos Aires and this hotel couldn’t have been a better place to start. Minutes from great restaurants and the San Telmo market (not to be missed on a Sunday), the staff were helpful with everything from airport pickup to recommending local spots to eat. We had the big 3 person room overlooking the street. Fantastic balconies, high ceilings and huge windows. The shower was piping hot with great water pressure. All in all I would recommend to anyone, both for the hotel and location.
