Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh dear!! The next thing, I was awoken by an aggressive concierge, pointing is finger at me saying “no sleep!!!!” So sorry, I was exhausted! We were eventually shown to our room at 2pm which, I have to say was very nice. My other objection was having to pay an actual deposit rather than a preauthorisation on a credit card and then being told that you can’t put drinks, meals etc. against the room??? Why? I felt insulted as if I was going to abscond without Paying. Next- why only one wine glass, one straight glass and one Tea bag in the room? There were two of us!!! Overall, the hotel has nice rooms, great shower and a terrific breakfast. However, all of those positives were completely overshadowed by the most unfriendly inhospitable staff I have ever come across with the exception of Mari in the Mozaiko restaurant and the porter, David, in the hotel lobby, both of whom were delightful. The hotel really needs to train all of their staff to treat guests in a warm and friendly manner!

As always a very nice hotel with one of the best locations. However compared to the previous times a room with no outside windows is not that nice. But anyway i truly recommend this choice because the hotel provides most comfortable service.

Stuff of this hotel is the worst 😫 nasty i ever experience . This hotel reminds me Mafia casino movies, front of the casino full of dark clothes man ready for action really scary. I was ready to get out of there from the minute i check in. Thank God make it out of there safe . Im trying to figure out why so many security guards in a hotel lobby area looking you every time you living the hotel and every time you return to the hotel and every moove you make. You try to go for breakfast and you closing about 4 of 5 of them looking you.
