Unglaubliche Villa mit Meerblick und Garten, nur 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr geeignet für ein entspanntes Urlaub. Die Nähe zur Altstadt Alcudia und zur Küste mit Badebuchten und kleinen Sandstränden aber auch steinigen Küstenabschnitten und den Yachthafen Port Bonaire bieten viel Abwechslung. Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Das Anwesen wirkt gepflegt und sauber und ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Insektenschutz. Die Terrasse konnten wir nur eingeschränkt nutzen, wegen den zahlreichen Moskitos. Moskitonetze hätten da sicherlich geholfen. Für die Betten, hatten wir eigene Netze mittgenommen.

Great location, very clean and spacious.

We were two families, a total of 9 people, staying in the house from June 26 to July 4. It was a very hot period during our stay. There was air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms the other bedrooms were a bit too warm despite having fans. Check-in and finding the keys was very smooth. When we arrived in the middle of the night, we were pleasantly surprised to find some water, apples, and pastries waiting for us — a very thoughtful gesture. The house was very clean and the area felt safe. The kitchen was equipped with most of what you need. We used the coffee machine, which was perfect. The house has spacious areas, so it felt very roomy. The balcony was lovely, with a large dining table and a lounge area with a coffee table. This is where we had our meals. However, it got very hot in the evenings. The house is located quite high up, and the view was magnificent. In front of the house, there were also a few seating areas, providing a cooler place in the evening to enjoy a drink. It’s a short walk down to the nearest grocery store, located by the harbor. The road down is quite steep — not far, but still tiring in the heat. The store was small but had the essentials. We bought breakfast there on our first morning. Opposite the store is a good restaurant called 5 Oceaneos. We had lunch there once and dinner another time, and we were very happy with both visits. We also walked to the local beach, about 25 minutes away. It was small but very beautiful Some of the spices and oils in the kitchen were expired and should be cleared out. Unfortunately, the fridge had a persistent bad smell from old shrimp throughout our stay. Many of the frying pans were worn out with damaged non-stick coatings, so we didn’t feel comfortable using them. A pitcher for juice or sangria would have been useful, and perhaps some mixing bowls. At the beginning of our stay, construction workers were digging a trench outside the house. It caused the house to shake two mornings and we were temporarily blocked in with the car. However, we talked to the workers and only had to wait about 30 minutes, so it wasn’t a major issue.

La estadía en la casa de Tolo ha sido genial, ha respondido a todas nuestras dudas y siempre fue muy amable no le tuvimos el placer de conocerlo, pero recomiendo totalmente su casa es amplia cómoda como para 12 personas está muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila pero accesible al centro del Alcudia. lo único a destacar que no se cuenta con aire acondicionado en toda la propiedad únicamente hay un aire en la sala comedor y las demás estancias. Cuenta con un ventilador la parte baja de la casa, que es como un semisótano hay dos habitaciones y una zona amplia de estar el hecho de no poderse ventilar correctamente, así que el calor se acumule y también un poco de olor recomendaría instalar mosquiteras, ya que si abres para ventilar, entran bastantes mosquitos y zancudos.
