Very centrally located room. Nice, clean and secure accomodation. I really enjoyed the outdoor patio to sit and enjoy fresh air. The host was communicative and quick in their reply. Perfect for short stays as there is no mini fridge.

Besides the room being a bit tight size wise this was a great stay. We were able to drop bags at 8am after getting off an overnight ferry, then check in later. The reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, port and bus/train station 3 mins one way and the old town 3 mins the other. There was a small fridge and kettle which was ideal for easy breakfasts with a number of supermarkets within a few mins. The room was also quiet and dark. All very modern and well appointed, the bathroom was very clean. Only issue was the tv remote batteries were flat, but we weren't there to watch tv.

Great stay, very clean and everything I needed for a short stay when I would be out exploring most of the time! More of an apartment block than a hotel but not a problem for me, access was simple and didn’t mind nobody being around when I entered and exited. Good location for old town and port to catch ferries. I arrived late and organised a transfer with the hotel - taxi driver Alan was really friendly and helpful and a great first impression of the people of Croatia! Knocked a star off for the the facilities as I found the safe wasn't attached in the wardrobe. It wasn’t super heavy or large so you could’ve just picked it up and walked away with it…

We spent one night in room #2. The room was very comfortable, super clean with modern furnishing. There was a mini fridge and water kettle in the room. The bedding was extremely comfortable with two separate twin comforter for the king bed. The bathroom was super modern and there was a mini shower gel and lotion available. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very walkable. The host communicated clearly about how to check in. Main issues: If you arrive by car, there is no easy way to get dropped off with luggage. You will have to park at least a block from the building. The host is only available until noon. Three flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the hotel story. Very loud neighborhood until late at night and from early in the morning. Luggage storage is leaving your belongings unattended in the lobby (behind locked door, but accessible to anyone with the check-in information). All in all it was a good affordable stay for one night but I wouldn't return there.

Vi stannade i Split ett par dagar och hotellet var perfekt, ett par minuter till hamnen. Receptionisten superhjälpsam, hjälpte oss med transfers, vattenkokare m.m. Hotellet kan varmt rekomenderas. (har du svårt att gå i trappor bör dock hotellet undvikas då det saknas hiss)

The management was extremely helpful with providing the driver from the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were waiting for us when we did arrive! The driver was so nice to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room. The location is ideal for the harbor, easy walk and all downhill if you are traveling with your bags to catch a boat. In the morning the mgmt was kind to place a call to our boat to advise the location in the harbor. All of the service was excellent and appreciated. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Thank you!

Our room was so conveniently located to The Riv. just enough away to not get the party goers at night but close enough to walk to everything. The room was compact but spacious enough for me and my daughter. Very clean as well. I would stay there again. We had a problem figuring out the AC (user error). A few WhatsApp texts and it was solved. Loved our stay!!

The property was as advertised and was very close to the ferry, bus, and Old Town. Very walkable to all of them. However the room was VERY small. Two adults with a bag each did not fit comfortably at all. If it was just me I would stay here again, but as a couple we could not do it again.

Small apartment close (only 5-10 minutes walk) from the old city and the ferry port. Doesn't look like anything special from outside, but inside a nice upscale apartment. Not huge but functional. Nice rain shower in a modern bathroom. Small work desk, and kettle. Staff friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, super walkable to everything in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious compared to a lot of rooms we’ve had in Europe. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed having a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend!

Good location. Nice place. Good service. Only thing bad about it is if you are in the rooms facing the street there is a manhole cover that goes "bang bang" every time a car goes over it, not the fault of the hotel though.

Can’t beat this property for location to ferries and promenade. Clean and updated small room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was neat and tidy, although I noticed the water didn’t actually get that hot (not an issue during summer). Only real downside was some noise during the night as it is so close to the restaurants, bars and clubs.

Location was perfectly situated between Old Town and the beach. The amenities were more than enough, since you’ll just be exploring the town anyways. They have very good instructions on late check-in. Ria, the attendant was very friendly and kind. She made the stay extra special.

The room was very nice - clean, modern, etc. But I was very disappointed in the check-in process. Yerka did not provide check-in instructions the day before as promised. We travel using WiFi so rely on receiving the instructions the evening before. When I arrived without instructions we could not get into the hotel nor access their WiFi. I had no other choice but to turn on cellular service costing me an additional $12. I communicated this dissatisfaction to Yerka, and she did not acknowledge her mistake nor offer to reimburse me for my expense.

The hotel is in a great location to the train station, port and city. They were kind enough to let us check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable and good air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Exactly like the photos, clean and nice with a big shower. The location is amazing a 5 min walk to the port, outdoor markets and Diocletian's Palace. Would definitely stay here again.

Our hostest was lovely and we appreciated her helpfulness. The room was conveniently located near the old city and the ferries so our stay was very 'walkable,' indeed. The rooms had no character and could be improved by the addition of a few towel and coat hooks and a picture or two; however, the bed was comfy.

Location was perfectly situated between Old Town and the beach. The amenities were more than enough, since you’ll just be exploring the town anyways. They have very good instructions on late check-in. Ria, the attendant was very friendly and kind. She made the stay extra special.

Amazing location, super walkable to everything in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious compared to a lot of rooms we’ve had in Europe. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed having a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend!

Good location. Nice place. Good service. Only thing bad about it is if you are in the rooms facing the street there is a manhole cover that goes "bang bang" every time a car goes over it, not the fault of the hotel though.

We spent one night in room #2. The room was very comfortable, super clean with modern furnishing. There was a mini fridge and water kettle in the room. The bedding was extremely comfortable with two separate twin comforter for the king bed. The bathroom was super modern and there was a mini shower gel and lotion available. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very walkable. The host communicated clearly about how to check in. Main issues: If you arrive by car, there is no easy way to get dropped off with luggage. You will have to park at least a block from the building. The host is only available until noon. Three flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the hotel story. Very loud neighborhood until late at night and from early in the morning. Luggage storage is leaving your belongings unattended in the lobby (behind locked door, but accessible to anyone with the check-in information). All in all it was a good affordable stay for one night but I wouldn't return there.

Can’t beat this property for location to ferries and promenade. Clean and updated small room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was neat and tidy, although I noticed the water didn’t actually get that hot (not an issue during summer). Only real downside was some noise during the night as it is so close to the restaurants, bars and clubs.

What a great place to stay in Split. Perfect location, very clean, A/C, I was so happy I paid for airport pick up. The driver is friends with the host. He helped me with my bags, checked me in and showed me around the room. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed one night before our flight back home. The location was perfect, minutes to old town and ferry port. The beach is also close by although we did not visit it on this trip. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom. We opted for the least expensive room as we were only staying one night but we saw the next step up room with a balcony and it was a good size. Would definitely select it if we come for a longer time. Lovely staff booked us a car to the airport next morning, which was great as we had a very early flight and worried about getting a taxi Perfect stay!

It appears that an apartment on the second floor of the building has been converted into guest rooms and a reception area. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. One downside was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms. The road outside is quite busy and can be noisy, but the windows are well insulated and block most of the traffic noise. Well functioning air conditioners. There are grocery stores directly across the street, which was very convenient. Overall, a good option for a short stay thanks to its location and helpful staff.
