Functional, basic accommodation. Main areas (kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms clean). No instructions for anything therefor you have to work it out yourself. Sofa only suitable for two people, would be challenging. Main draw back is the tiny toilet located in a cupboard straight off the main living area, tiny and not particularly private.
