<> We arrived at this hotel expecting a room on the first floor as advised, but were allocated a suite duplex on the second floor. While charming, it quickly became apparent this room wasn't suitable for our family. The narrow stairs and sloping ceilings on the top floor posed a genuine concern, the low headroom created a safety risk, particularly for taller guests. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a masterclass in customer service. The hotel management responded immediately and graciously, moving us to their largest room on the first floor (Room 6). They went above and beyond by offering complimentary breakfast for the children, demonstrating genuine care for our satisfaction. Room 6 exceeded all expectations. High ceilings, a lovely private balcony, and stunning ocean views made it the perfect base for our stay. We were actually prepared to check out early due to the initial room issue, but decided to stay, a decision we don't regret for a moment. The entire team handled the situation with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This is the standard of customer service that should be the norm in hospitality, not the exception. If every hotel demonstrated this level of commitment to guest satisfaction, the industry would be exceptional.

Ett hotell i utkanten av Marseille. Nära för besök i Cassis och Callanques. Väldigt liten pool och poolområde. Konstgräs i trädgården. Baren hade ett mycket begränsat utbud. Öl fanns tex inte och inte heller tonic.

Séjour d’une nuit au top ! Le château est propre et confortable. L’accueil était fantastique et on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Nous avons même eu la chance d’être surclassés grâce à leur gentillesse. Je reviendrai sûrement en été pour profiter encore plus du cadre et du soleil. Je recommande sans hésiter.
