La ubicación y vista del apto, espectacular. Apto moderno bien iluminado, bien en camas y ropa de cama. No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc). Ahora bien, de atención urgente, el mantenimiento en el apto por el olor a alcantarilla en el baño principal, cabina de baño auxiliar suelta y con peligro de quebrarse, silla de sala con forro totalmente roto.. mantenimiento urgente.

The property has a nice view of the lake and it is conveniently located in front of the large "GUATAPE" letters for pictures. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. There is no lobby at this particular location.

The property was okay, but there a lot noise. Although the noise was done by the same people that stay there. I think that the hotel must have more control about what the people are doing during the night.
