The property is located in a hill and the view is nice. the beds and the shower are good. a lot of construction around. The property is getting tired and showing signs of wear. like rust showing in the bath and on the bed.The private pool is not heated....so, no use.

Was hoping for better with the cost and the positive reviews. Staff were very helpful, receptionist talked us through what was in the area and where was worth going for different foods and gave us a handy map. Room very good on first impression however some of the electrics were quite dodgy with the fuse box tripping repeatedly during our stay. The bathroom mirror light was very pretty but there was an audible loud electric buzz if it was switched on or the light would flicker and then trip the fuse. Given there were options of a cold plunge pool and a normal pool with your room (we went with the latter) we were expecting it to maybe be slightly heated but the water was freezing cold and there were no controls for the jets or lights. It's a nice touch to have a glass wall to the pool on the side of your room however someone thought it was a good idea to also put a glass wall facing out away from your room so everyone on the car park can see everything. Given we booked a suite we thought there might be some seating indoors but there wasn't. Bean chairs outside were quite stained and there were no cushions for the outdoor bench. Location was pretty good as it's only a short walk (albeit a steep hill) down to the old town. Overall I expected a lot more for the price

It was hard to find it at first and Google maps or waze will let you pass this steep road to go there, it will be challenging at first but once you get used to it it is easy to find and park. Staff were very helpful as well.

This is so far the best hotel we had in Greece. We had private pool facing sunset and a very well decorated suite. Very spacious and clean. Nick is the best manager there, he helped us to arrange the transportation and let us play with his cats. The location is perfect in terms of a safety and walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in this suite very much and if we ever have chance to go back to Mykonos, will definitely go back to eternal suite.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We traveled in the off-season, so there were not many visitors on site. We would have liked a room with a better view. Our patio/pool area faced and overlooked the parking lot. One minor detail that did not change our opinion of this hotel.

The suites are not as accessible to the main town as promoted. We were charged extra to get the room with the pool and view which was misleading as the pool and balcony was not attached to the room. The bathroom was tiny and unclean. The toilet had a leak in it. We did not enjoy the stay at this property.

This hotel was beautiful inside and out. Our room had a private pool overlooking the sea which was so nice at sunset. The only thing we regret was walking from the bus stop to the hotel as it’s up a very steep hill, so I definitely recommend taking a taxi on arrival. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great!

The place was great, but the location was kind of a pain to walk up and down that hill everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Only problem was going up and down that hill everyday to town.

I believe that the price when I booked was higher than if I had booked it last minute. The room was not bad, despite a few broken items that were unfixed. My view consisted of a wall. And to arrive at the hotel I had to climb up 900 feet of steep hill.

Excellent room. Very comfortable. Clean. The walk to the room is very steep but it is doable. Just need to plan your day so that you’re not walking up and down the hill multiple times.

The hotel is located just outside of Mykonos town. It takes about 5 minutes to walk into the Mykonos town. Hotel room was very clean and modernly decorated. The hotel staff was really, really nice and helpful. They really serve the hotel guests well. The hotel manager was very helpful. He recommended places to visit, beaches, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the restaurant that he recommended. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

The reception Sophie and Nick were the best ever and our room was very spacious with a great sea view , within walking distance to restaurants, shopping , etc. We would definitely stay there agin .

This is so far the best hotel we had in Greece. We had private pool facing sunset and a very well decorated suite. Very spacious and clean. Nick is the best manager there, he helped us to arrange the transportation and let us play with his cats. The location is perfect in terms of a safety and walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in this suite very much and if we ever have chance to go back to Mykonos, will definitely go back to eternal suite.

Loved Sofi the front desk manager! Her and her mother were very kind. They had thr airport transfers ready to go! Really appreciated them and recomend!!

The hotel is located just outside of Mykonos town. It takes about 5 minutes to walk into the Mykonos town. Hotel room was very clean and modernly decorated. The hotel staff was really, really nice and helpful. They really serve the hotel guests well. The hotel manager was very helpful. He recommended places to visit, beaches, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the restaurant that he recommended. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

Amazing place with a really beautiful view. Sophia was really kind and very helpful. However, be careful if you have a lot of luggage as even though it’s close the the bus station (around 6-9mins), it is uphill and quite steep too.

Tuve un error en mi reservación, era para un mes después y no me quisieron hacer el cambio, me hicieron perder el dinero y no les costaba nada cambiarme de marzo a abril, y si había disponibilidad en abril porque tuve que comprar la habitación nuevamente , su servicio al cliente y empatía son patéticos

This property was great. The room was comfortable. We stayed here on our last night in Mykonos. The property sits at the top of a hill but is still walkable to Mykonos Town. It is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The staff were great they gave great suggestions, answered all of our questions, and drove us to the airport on the day of our check out.

The property is located on a hill and it is the last property from the main road. Taxis didn’t take us up the hill. If you can manage this, the property is located very close to bus stop and little Venice. I suggest the property invest in a golf cart to bring guests up and down as a courtesy which would make them comparable to 3 of the nearby hotels.

Check in & check out was very simple, check in is at 3pm, but we happen to arrive in the island around 9am and they were gracious enough to let us check in once the room became available, which we were very thankful for after a long flight. This location is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & the bus station.

Nice and clean and quiet, my only issue was the location. It’s located in an uphill which is hard to walk. Specially if you have luggage and you want to get a bus instead of taxi. It is challenging to go up or down with or even without luggage on foot

This hotel was beautiful inside and out. Our room had a private pool overlooking the sea which was so nice at sunset. The only thing we regret was walking from the bus stop to the hotel as it’s up a very steep hill, so I definitely recommend taking a taxi on arrival. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great!

Its not bad it's just not 9/10 great. I appreciate most places in Mykonos are expensive but I think for location and price I was expecting a bit more. The location is up a steep hill which didn't bother me too much and gives a nice view - and is probably helpful to be a bit further from the noise. There is free parking on site HOWEVER anyone uses it especially at night as they come in to party which means guests have no where to park - they don't seem to police it so its a bit frustrating to come back from a long day to have no parking when its one of the reasons you booked it. Housekeeping was pretty good - only complaint was they forgot to replace the towels once and they forgot to replace the body wash on 4 out of 7 days (also have a feeling they may refill the body washes with some generic stuff (same bottles different colour product....). Rooms are ok - what we paid for on hotels.com and what we got were very different. The room looked much bigger online - i suspect we were put in a wrong room and when flagged they said no but offered to move us (so some credit there). The room we were given would have been nice if the pool had water but was empty. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything - this was no helped but having sex workers next to us having client after client all night. No judgement here - but I don't need to hear it all night when I'm trying to sleep. Shower was nice and large with good pressure. Sorry - just my honest opinion

This hotel is advertised with a pool, even advertises it on my booking confirmation. However we were not given a pool. It doesn't even have a communal pool. Had to pay €45 for a hot tub room. And the hot tub doesn't get hot. Just a rip off. Up a hill so steep you need to carry oxygen with you. Don't bother

The room was clean and well maintained. We had a great view of Mykonos from our room. They have special doors to completely blackout the room. The hotel is very close to little Venice so you can visit easily.

Had a lovely one night stay. The property is up a hill however wasn't to bad a walk and lovely views. Very clean and nice suites and would stay again. Thanks for also allowing a early check in.
