Allover great experience with good staff

Positives first: the hotel is very quiet and has a nice pool. However the area was so far from anything it's half an hours drive from the city. The clerk short changed me twice, and most of the amenities and description on the site is far out of date, and not offered anymore. The place was recently painted, but that is about all the can be said about the state of the room. There was barely any water pressure because the pipes were leaking. The "two beds" were actually one very large bed, so of you think you get a place for 4 people, it has to be people you know VERY well. But the absolutly worst part was the beds. It was like sleeping on rocks laden with sandpaper. Even the pillows were so hard we had to resort to using throwpillows from the sofa. Deapite prepaying several additional nights, we had to leave first thing in the morning. Sleep was impossible to have. I will never set foot in this place again, i would sooner sleep in a dirty street somewhere.

Everything was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. The food of the restaurant was really good and the 7 eleven is at 200 meters. The AC and shower was working great and the room was clean. The bed was a little bit hard but it did not bother me and my sleep was ok.

Charged for nights not stayed Manager will nickels and dime you for “comp” upgrades’ dirty” towels and extra nights. Completely unprofessionally dishonest Be aware

Arrived late due to a 3 hour flight delay and didn't realize the front desk was not 24 hours. The key was left for me at the guard station. The problem was taken care of before it became a problem! Clean and spacious room, comfortable mattress and fantastic ahower.
