The staff at this hotel was incredibly kind — truly the best part of the stay. Everything was very clean and the service overall was excellent. That said, the room itself was extremely small and uncomfortable for three people, and the bathroom was absolutely tiny. The food at the restaurant was good, but the breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. The food wasn’t hot, the setup didn’t seem to have the proper equipment for a real buffet, and even though the flavors were good, cold eggs and soggy arepas are definitely a no for me. Great staff, great service, but the hotel setup and buffet need improvement.

No hot water no working phone cold breakfast we left on the second day out of 5 they don’t answer the phone when Expedia is trying to call them for a refund it’s been 4 days since we left and still no answer it’s the worst place in a nice area
