The Point Room

Parking anywhere in Dubrovnik seems to be a major issue of difficulty. Very glad that the property owner told us about the free parking on street above and a block away. Still was difficult, but able to find a place each time we needed one. Contact/connection did not occur as it did in other places we rented. Had to make phone call to owner to get check-in and parking info. Very clean and comfortable room/bed. Loved the tea selection and hot plate. Shower with only a half-door may have created more water outside for cleanup? Very quiet considering location on a main street.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was perfect for me as a solo traveller, great price and helpful/friendly hosts :)

Very nice place to stay for a few days. I communicated with the host on Whatsapp before arrival and they provided me with access info so we never actually met. When I asked if I could leave my backpack for a couple of hours on check out day, they were kind enough to allow this. The room itself is great - comfortable with lots of closet space and a nice little coffee stay and table and chairs. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Just down the road from Lapad Beach and across the street from a bus station which takes you straight to the old town, although it's also an easy walk to the old town if you don't mind a pleasant hourlong stroll with lots of pretty coastal views on the way. No issues whatsoever, good value for money, highly recommend.

Very quiet and stylish room with limited space. Perfect spot for bus access. Small refrigerator is a plus but it ran noisy in the quiet of the night.
