The hotel/apartment was a nice location away from the main city. There’s tons of food, easy public transport and grocery stores in the area. I feel like the communication was very poor from the time I checked in. I chose this hotel for the breakfast, laundry and parking. Once I check in I ask where the breakfast would be so I can have an idea, breakfast is not included in my stay but I can add it in. Okay fine, I’ll add it on. Then I ask how do we access the parking and if there is an elevator in the garage. Parking is not included and I need to pay. Fine, no problem again so I pay a separate fee for that. Finally I ask where the laundry is located- I need to purchase a laundry pod but she tells me where it’s located. I pay for the pod and go to my family. The place is an absolute maze. Diff. elevators take you to diff. floors. We figure it out and get to our floor- first impression of our floor was that it smelled really clean and fresh. We enter our room and I go to wash our baby bottles and there is an old used sponge and an empty soap bottle. Go to use the bathroom and there is no lock and the door doesn’t close all the way. We have to place a chair on the outside of the door in order for the person inside to have privacy. The interior main door does not have a deadbolt so if you have small babies they will run. I go to do laundry and I need an app and to pay wasn’t told this. For breakfast I showed up at 940 one day and they already closed. They said it’s till 10am.

Excellent location right across the street from the metro station, with grocery store and boulangeries close by. Check-in kiosk not close to door and not well-marked. Shower door would not seal and soaked the bathroom floor and staff just gave us extra towels instead of fixing it.

The property itself is very good, but services & communication - very poor. Knowing we would be checking in very late for a one-night stay, so we messaged the property more than 24 hours before about it. Did not get any kind of acknowledgment. We arrived around 10pm. Front door was locked & front desk was dark. There weren’t any kind of communications/signs in English on how or who to contact for assistance other than the ‘Borne check-in’ sign. Lucky for us, the uber driver noticed we were ‘in trouble’, he helped us check-in. Even he had trouble with the Borne check-in process. He was able to get us the keycard for the room but the machine did not print out the confirmation with the room number. He had to call the property (contact infos was not in English) & that’s how we got the room number.

Dans l’ensemble bon emplacement, séjour convenable. Mais odeur de remonté d’égout dans la salle de bain, problème de canalisation ?.. Beaucoup de poussiére, draps tachés, après 22h obligé de rentrer par le parking car le badge de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas.

L’ascenseur était en panne ce qui posait problème pour monter les bagages du parking aux étages. Le studio est bien équipé et fonctionnel, propre. Le petit déjeuner débute à 7h ce qui est tard lors des déplacements professionnels.

Très bien, bon accueil, garage sous sol, chambre bien équipée et bien décorée, salle de bain grande et propre, kitchenette un peu p’tite mais le nécessaire est bien présent À recommander

Great apart hotel. Front desk was very professional. I enjoyed my stay in Paris very much. Only down side is the gym is super small and doesn’t have free weights.

Les équipements de la salle de sport ( non fonctionnel), l'insonorisation, la fiabilité des cartes d'accès et le reseau électrique (coupure de courant)

Check-in staff on 29-06-2025 extremely friendly and helpful. On last night of our stay, however, key cards shut off before we returned for the evening and after front desk staff had left for the night. This required our family to stand outside the hotel at midnight while attempting to explain situation through emergency phone line, which would have nearly impossible for a non-French speaking guest.

Overall the hotel is ok . It is really close to RER B station , so it easy to commute all around Paris including CDG airport . The only problem is with smelly bathrooms . It seems they have sewage issues . Once we covered the shower and sink outflows with towels we were able to survive the night - otherwise the entire room smelled horribly. If yiu are traveling on a budget and you are planning to be out all day and just crash for the night this place is ok .

5 jours dans cette hôtel , pas de changement de draps , de serviettes, pas de netoyage, accueil pas top . Vraiment déçu

Room hadnt been dusted in a long time and the floors werent very clean/were sticky. Otherwise a good spot. Dont get a room beside the mainstreet as it is quite loud.

The worst experience ever! The room was not clean, with stains on the bed, towels, pillow sheets, and curtains. We even found bugs throughout the room, including in the ceiling lamp, and a butterfly flying inside. The manager's response to our concerns was rude and unhelpful. Despite showing him pictures of the issues, he refused to check us out and offered a different room, which was also dirty. The hotel refused to refund us the rest of the nights despite the fact that the problems were caused by them. I guess that’s how they do business! Steeling people’s money! We ended up leaving the hotel and booking a different one. Im so glad we did! Otherwise it would ruin my whole trip! I do not recommend this hotel due to the unacceptable cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Comodo ai servizi, situato in zona 3 si raggiunge il centro di Parigi in 20 Min. Peccato per le pulizie trattandosi di un aparthotel e non semplicemente di appartamento mi aspettavo delle pulizie , in una settimana mai cambiati gli asciugamani (2 per 4 persone) mai neanche lavato o aspirato, anche nelle zone comuni poca pulizia

Apartamento grande com cozinha. Ficamos 6 dias e não limparam nenhum dia. Uma atendente na recepção muito ruim.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days of our honeymoon. What we had a problem with were the fact that the toilet is in its own room but there isn’t a sink in there. Also, the shower door was very difficult to close and because of that water kept on going out of the shower also because the shower head was in a weird spot. The closet door was very busted up, off its hinges. Other than those problems, everything else was good. The room space was big enough and there was a tabletop stove and mini fridge.

El único inconveniente que tuve fue que se salia el agua de la ducha por el cristal (habia una fuga) el resto todo bien

Very nice hotel, next to the rer b station. Clean and big rooms. The neighborhood there has everything, supermarket, mc donalds etc. A little bit busy road.

Would be an ok place to stay in winter, early spring or late fall. Insufferable in summer.

the only negative on the apartment was the poor design of the shower space. The shower curtain was too small and it was very hard to stop the bathroom floor from becoming very wet - and the raised coaming around the shower recess made it hard to use the squeegee (provided) to dry it off. Otherwise a very nice apartment.

Vicino alla RER, vicino a due supermercati, la zona è abbastanza tranquilla. La stanza piccola ma pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Ci vorrebbero delle asciugamani più grandi. Check in veloce e comodo.

A estadia neste apart-hotel foi muito boa. Embora esteja um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, a localização é prática, pois fica quase em frente à estação Bagneux da linha B do RER, facilitando muito a locomoção. O apartamento é confortável, com calefação e todos os utensílios necessários para uso na cozinha. Não havia ferro de passar no apartamento, mas nos forneceram rapidamente quando solicitado. A recepção não funciona 24 horas, mas fomos bem atendidos nos horários de chegada e saída. A equipe é atenciosa e fala francês, inglês e espanhol. O banheiro é amplo. Ficamos em um apartamento com dois quartos: um com cama de casal e outro com sofá-cama, ambos confortáveis. Recomendo a hospedagem para quem busca conforto e praticidade, com fácil acesso ao transporte público em uma área tranquila.

je suis arrivé vers minuit. Pas d'électricité dans ma chambre. Le matin la dame du petit déjeuner est venu me voir dans la chambre pour trouver une solution. Pas de solution. Mais très sympathique de sa part. à 8 h le monsieur à l'accueil a contacté le technicien, qui a trouvé très rapidement la solution, pour que je puisse prendre une douche avec la lumière.

Le personnel à l’accueil etait exceptionnel, ils ont fait ce qu’ils pouvaient pour m’accommoder. Les appartements sont confortables seul bémol le tapis dans le couloir aurait besoin de shampooing et le fer à repasser se faisait rare. J’ai commandé le nettoyage de ma chambre pour le week-end et cela n’a pas été fait, un peu déçu, pour le personnel à l’accueil avait placé la commande en ma présence. A tout le personnel à l’accueil, MERCI d’avoir rendu mon séjour agréable malgré tout. J’y reviendrais san faute. L’hôtel est très bien situé et collé à la station Bagneux - train RER B dont le terminus est l’aéroport Paris Charles De Gaule. Les commerces et restaurants sont vraiment à proximité.

Check in is terrible. When I arrived at 10:30 pm. Front desk was closed. No sign at front desk and I was looking for staff. I finally found out check machine near the entrance. It instructs guests to enter reservation number, but I didn’t get any reservation number. After I made reservation on Expedia site, I did not get any email from hotel stall. I put Expedia confirmation No three time but didn’t work as I expected. On the board side of the machine, it says 4 telephone number if problem happens, I tried some calls and the number written in small letter finally went through. The staff appeared in five minutes after the call, though he seemed apparently drunk and didn’t speak English.

Sinceramente el hotel esta muy bien, la gente se queja mucho pero a mi me ha tocado personal de 10, habitación limpia con calefacción y cama grande, conexión con tren y todo muy facil. Es un hotel de 2 estrellas y no se le puede pedir más. En mi opinión muy buen precio. Estuvimos 2 noches mi mujer y yo y la verdad que encantados. Si tuviesemos que volver a Paris, lo haríamos a este hotel. Llegamos sobre las 13:00 e hicimos el check-in aunque ponga de 16:00 a 18:00. El barrio parece tranquilo, pero mi unica estancia en este barrio ha sido del tren al hotel, del hotel al tren (que son 150M) o de hotel a supermercado que esta justo al lado del hotel y todo muy bien. No recomendaria sinceramente para una chica sola.

On first impressions, the hotel appears to be ideal and comfortable, however, I had a very bad experience with the staff. They are extremely unprofessional and at one point spent a morning gossiping about the guests. This was a very poor experience and the stay from then on felt unsafe. Even asking for a change of towels was received with a frown and we were told that we had to pay which seemed absurd give that we paid to stay over for 6 nights. I had to cut my stay short because of the extremely poor service and lack of professionalism and got no refund. The gentleman in glasses was extremely rude and had zero respect for customers or client care etiquette. The good news is that I will never stay at this hotel again despite its great location near a train station.

Es un establecimiento que recomiendo, no está en el centro de Paris pero literalmente al cruzar tienes el reg b. El chico que nos atendió en recepción fue un encanto, estuvimos toda la noche de viaje y en cuando llegamos nos dió la habitación, bastante antes de la hora del horario de entrada, mil gracias .

The location was convenient, across the street from the RER Bagneux train station with a quick ride into Paris. The room was o.k., but the twin beds that easily moved apart stunk. The shower was so small while there was wasted space in the bathroom. The kitchen fair. The light didn't work until the last day. The staff was courteous & pleasant.

Nel complesso pulita, recentemente ha subito una pulizia generale (pittura, stanze ristrutturate, etc). Punto di forza è la vicinanza con la Metro RER B e si può andare ovunque a Parigi in pochi minuti. Praticamente sotto l'ingresso c'è una farmacia e due alimentari con tutto il necessario aperti anche fino a tarda serata. Ottima condizione qualità prezzo.

It’s a fairly reasonable place to stay outside the city center. The metro is very close by as well.

Great check in experience. Room was ready earlier then expected which was nice after a long, early train ride in from Amsterdam. It's a aparhotel so bigger than a hotel room but limited on things like daily room cleaning and getting fresh towels. Great location to the bus and subway, approx 40 min from the city centre/main train line and 1 hour from the airport. Overall, very good stay for the price. If you want to be in the heart of the action, stay closer to the city centre.

We were provided with one medium sized and one small towel for one week. Breakfast was poor. Broken toilet seat took two days to change, following several reminders.

Très bonne résidence, propre, calme les fenêtre fermés et la nuit. Petit déjeuner de qualité, et personnel très agréable.
