조용하고 편안하게 휴식하기에 최고였읍니다. 시설또한 넓고 깔끔한 느낌입니다. 휘트니스센터 운동 시설도 운동 좋아하는 저로선 만족입니다. 다만 화장실에 디퓨저가 있는데 그 냄새인지 청결 문제에서 나는 냄새인지 잘모르겠지만 조금은 불쾌한 냄새가 있었고 컨디셔너가 채워지지 않은상태로 사용하게되어 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

일단 너무 예쁘고, 가족끼리 여행와도 좋을 거 같아요 깨끗하고 서비스도 친절하고 좋았습니다 다음번엔 좀 더 오래 묶으려고요 위치도 어디든지 가기 좋고 주차공간도 넉넉해서 최상 만족입니다

The place was big and comfortable. It's private and quiet. Close to the city. We were very pleased with the property. If it was better maintained, it would've been great. There were some spiderwebs in and around the house.

청결에 대해서는 정말신경쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다. 장박 중심으로 운영되고 있는것은 알겠습니다만, 숙소내 청결+야외수영장 청결 진짜 너무 부족합니다. 조식을 포함한식사는 맛있었습니다. 이정도 멋진 시설을 가지고 이렇게 운영하니 아쉽습니다. 좀 더 발전하기를 바랍니다.

가족과 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 거실이 넓고 천장도 높고 좋았습니다. 다만 취사는 간단한 취사정도 가능핬습니다. 그리고 마당이 넓은데, 잘 활용하기 어려워서 아쉬웠습니다. 바베큐를 먹을수 있는 시설이 있으면 좋을듯 합니다.

Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great.

메인룸의 공간은 매우 넓지만 비효율적으로 되어있어요. 아래층은 거실과 주방 뿐이고 2층에 침대 하나여서 가장 큰 객실임에도 성인 세명이 같이 자기는 애매합니다. 비즈니스스위트는 10명이 함께 묵는 객실인데도 세탁기는 너무 작고, 세제도 없습니다. 프라이팬도 없구요. 직원들은 매우 친절하십니다.

먼저 분실물 관련해서 오해가 있었는데도 불구하고, 끝까지 친절하게 대처해주신 직원분들 (프론트, 룸관리 등) 모두 감사합니다. 그리고 아기가 있어서 이것저것 요청을 많이 드렸는데도 불편한 내색없이 친절히 응대해 주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 다만 방에 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 눈에 먼지 뭉텅이가 보일 정도로...이부분 개선해 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

메인룸의 공간은 매우 넓지만 비효율적으로 되어있어요. 아래층은 거실과 주방 뿐이고 2층에 침대 하나여서 가장 큰 객실임에도 성인 세명이 같이 자기는 애매합니다. 비즈니스스위트는 10명이 함께 묵는 객실인데도 세탁기는 너무 작고, 세제도 없습니다. 프라이팬도 없구요. 직원들은 매우 친절하십니다.

숙소 깨끗하고 침대도 넓고 편했어요. 직원분들도 항상 지나가면서 반갑게 맞아주셔요.폭설로 퇴실도 늦었는데 2시간이나 퍼ㅏㄴ의 봐주셨어요.

The place was big and comfortable. It's private and quiet. Close to the city. We were very pleased with the property. If it was better maintained, it would've been great. There were some spiderwebs in and around the house.

가족 여행이라 객실이 넓은 점이 가장 마음에 들었고, 전체적으로 깨끗함. 짧게 여행 갈때 공항에서 가까운 부분도 장점임. 다음번엔 길게 가서 하루정도는 리조트내에서 시간을 보내도 좋을듯함.

깨끗하고 조용하면서 주차도 편합니다. 그리고 무엇보다 조식이 제일 마음에 들었구요. 훈제연어부터 쌀국수, 우동 등등 종류도 다양하고 진짜 맛있었습니다

청결에 대해서는 정말신경쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다. 장박 중심으로 운영되고 있는것은 알겠습니다만, 숙소내 청결+야외수영장 청결 진짜 너무 부족합니다. 조식을 포함한식사는 맛있었습니다. 이정도 멋진 시설을 가지고 이렇게 운영하니 아쉽습니다. 좀 더 발전하기를 바랍니다.

Check-in was smooth, the staff spoke beautiful English, and was friendly and helpful. The room itself was bare and dismal maybe because we arrived late in the night. In the morning, we were rewarded by a lovely forest view, beyond the balcony and glass doors. Housekeeping seemed half hearted. Not sure if bathroom was clean. For example, the hose had mould. Our bedsheets were not changed throughout our 3-night stay too. Towels were thin, carpets were threadbare. Restaurant-wise, it will be helpful if guests can be advised on operating hours. Overall, it was a disappointing stay; everything hovered at just okay (except for the open forest view) with nothing else to lift up our stay.
